  This condo was the most wonderful place to stay on Maui for the most reasonable price! Could have paid a lot more, and have in the past, for a lot less. It was totally furnished, immaculately clean, most beautiful grounds, pools, and beach. Close to everything,shopping, restaurants, and everything Maui has to offer. Grand Wailea resort just down the beach. Best location on the island. Will stay here again and again. Don't miss out!!

  We Loved this Condo and the location. There were 2 of us.There was plenty of space and loved having a kitchen to be able to cook in if we decided too. The gas grill was a big plus. And having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. We really loved the fact that it was not a resort. And just loved the privacy. The beach was beautiful and close, having the chairs, towels and boogie was a major bonus. Taking a walk each morning down the paths was so relaxing and watching the sunrise was fabulous. We will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future.

  We (two adults) stayed here for 8 days ending Dec 3, 2012. We visit the Hawaiian Islands almost every year and usually stay at a resort. This was our first time renting a condo and we loved it! We loved the extra space, and having a refrigerator, microwave, and handy kitchen - with every utensil and pot/pan you can think of. We had great meals using the gas grill on the ground level lanai (patio). There are chairs and a table for outside dining. The area is surrounded by large beautiful plants which provide privacy. There is also another lanai off the bedroom upstairs. It’s a great place to lie on a lounge chair and read. The upstairs lanai was also nice because we could sleep with the patio door open all night and feel the breeze. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, even better, in our opinion, than most expensive resorts in the area. There are 3 well maintained pools. The pavilion pool and beach is an easy 6-9 minute walk down a sloping hill. The beach area is one of the best in Maui. Vicki has all the essentials for having fun on the beach- 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 3 boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. We hope to return to this place again next year. We are sold on renting a condo versus the hotel scene.

  We just spent 10 wonderful days in this beautiful townhouse and LOVED IT. The location and the amenities were perfect - the townhouse had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed many meals and "happy hours" on the downstairs lanai and morning coffees on the upper deck. The Ekahi Village grounds are amazing and we enjoyed our daily walk (about 5 minutes) through the lush vegetation to the beach. And what a large fabulous beach - beautiful fine sand, clear water, a great outcropping for snorkelling (saw beautiful coral, many types of fish and even green sea turtles). We visited various beaches during our visit including some in West Maui but our favorite was the one right in front of Ehaki Village. Also lots of other great things in the area - Shops of Wailea (great shopping), Five Palms Restaurant at sunset for dinner or appetizers (our favorite meal Seafood crusted Monchong). Would definately recommend Ekahi Village 52C - it's amazing and we can't wait to go back.

  We had 2 great weeks. The condo is clean, roomy and quiet. Grounds are beautiful, and the convenience of the pool on the beach was great. Loved watching the sunsets by the pool with our bottle of wine. Vicki was very accomodating and helpful - we will be back for sure.

  This was our 2nd stay at this condo, and this time we stayed a month. We love staying at this particular place as it's very comfortable and welcoming. It's not real fancy, but it is nice. It has 2 floors (2nd bathroom & bedroom upstairs), and I like this arrangement. There's a lot of greenery and flowering shrubs around the downstairs lanai which gives a person a sense of privacy which my husband enjoyed. Living room furnishings were replaced about 3 years ago. The couch opens up into a queen size bed which helps when there's more than 2 people in your group. The kitchen appliances are up-to-date, and there is everything you need as far as utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. We enjoyed our time in this condo and would certainly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back.

  We stayed at this Condo for a week in March 2012. The owner described the unit accurately. It had everything we needed and being part of the Ekahi village made it easy to walk to the pools and beach. Snorkeling beaches are close enough to walk or drive. We went early enough to get close parking. The flowers in the immediate area were simply beautiful. Short drive to shops and dining. The only downside was the road noise, but didn't notice much after the first day. We highly recommend this unit.

  My husband and I have been coming to Maui for our vacations on and off for about 20 years and we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was friendly, and most helpful in setting up and making the arrangements. The pictures I reviewed on the website were complete and inspired my choice to stay there, and we were not disappointed when we arrived. I loved the use of the upstairs lanai and we had coffee and breakfast every morning outside on the lanai. The convenience and access to the beach was great and each of us could go to the pools or the beach easily and safely. The grounds were amazing, and the condo very clean and user friendly. I could not have selected a better place to stay and look forward to again returning to this location. I would highly recommend this condo and it's friendly, helpful owner to all those looking to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation. 8/12/11

  Our stay in this Condo was in the middle part of May 2011. We had a week of the best! After a hot day in the sun, this Condo was a great place to hang out and relax. With the two levels, it was a great set up. This Condo is situated in such a location that nobody encroached into your space and we did not interfere with any other tenants in the surrounding area. This came in handy when we decided to open up that second bottle of wine! (That seemed to happen quite often). Being able to sit out in either the upstairs or ground level patio was great. No need to pack very much if you are coming to this Condo. It is outfitted with everything including beach chairs, coolers, surf boards and large beach towels. We will be back!
