Excellent condo. Vicki does a great job making sure your vacation town home is everything it should be. The location is very convenient to the beach, as well as restaurants and golf. We'll definitely be returning. Thanks Vicki!

We stayed at this Condo for a week in March 2012. The owner described the unit accurately. It had everything we needed and being part of the Ekahi village made it easy to walk to the pools and beach. Snorkeling beaches are close enough to walk or drive. We went early enough to get close parking. The flowers in the immediate area were simply beautiful. Short drive to shops and dining. The only downside was the road noise, but didn't notice much after the first day. We highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for our vacations on and off for about 20 years and we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was friendly, and most helpful in setting up and making the arrangements. The pictures I reviewed on the website were complete and inspired my choice to stay there, and we were not disappointed when we arrived. I loved the use of the upstairs lanai and we had coffee and breakfast every morning outside on the lanai. The convenience and access to the beach was great and each of us could go to the pools or the beach easily and safely. The grounds were amazing, and the condo very clean and user friendly. I could not have selected a better place to stay and look forward to again returning to this location. I would highly recommend this condo and it's friendly, helpful owner to all those looking to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation. 8/12/11

Our stay in this Condo was in the middle part of May 2011. We had a week of the best! After a hot day in the sun, this Condo was a great place to hang out and relax. With the two levels, it was a great set up. This Condo is situated in such a location that nobody encroached into your space and we did not interfere with any other tenants in the surrounding area. This came in handy when we decided to open up that second bottle of wine! (That seemed to happen quite often). Being able to sit out in either the upstairs or ground level patio was great. No need to pack very much if you are coming to this Condo. It is outfitted with everything including beach chairs, coolers, surf boards and large beach towels. We will be back!

We stayed for a week at the condo and thouroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, confortable, and well-stocked. Ekahi is a great complex to stay in and this condo is one of the better ones in the complex. The condo is roomy and private -- the two lanais are a great bonus. The best part about the condo is dealing with the owners. The communication was completely painless and all emails were answered promptly. Overall, a great experience. I had high expectations based on other reviews on this site and these expectations were easily met.

My husband and I travel to Maui frequently and only stay in Wailea at Ekahi Village. The weather is the best on the island. We can snorkel right on "our" beach without having to even cross a street. This was our first time staying at Vicki's unit. I must say I was a little skeptical before arriving. We've always stayed closer to the beach (read this as not close to the street). Also the pictures made the kitchen look a little dated. The skepticism disappeared as soon as we walked in the door. This unit is very nice (I gave it 5 stars). We were a little late getting to the beach pavillion for sunset a couple of evenings, but the view from the upstairs balcony was just perfect. We will definately call Vicki the next time we are in Maui. One recommendation I would like to give (you won't find a flyer at any of the activity stands) is for Kai Kanani Sailing. Check them out on line at Kaikanani.com. Their sunset cruise and Molokini snorkeling trips were fabulous. The unique thing about them is that you embark on the beach at Makena. No long drive to Lahaina or even to Maalea Harbor. The staff waited on us as if we were the only people on board. We met their shuttle at the Marriott, and the owner even dropped us off at our front door after the snorkeling trip. Well worth every penny. Mahalo, Vicki. We'll call you again. I hope it will be soon.

We stayed in Vicki's condo for 11 amazing days March 27-April 7th. The condo was very clean, bright and comfortable. We loved the upstairs loft bedroom and bath with the ocean view lanai (great for watching sunsets). We have stayed in Ekahi Village many times so we were prepared for the traffic noise that comes with some parts of the upper village. Using the bedroom a/c at night blocks out the road noise. Apart from that, we had a fantastic time. The large beach side pool is only a 5 minute walk though the complex and the unit comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards. We walked along the beach path in front of the resorts in Wailea almost everyday, snorkeled, kayaked and enjoyed great meals at Bistro 808, Cafe O'Lei and Mama's Fish House to name a few. Try the Kihei Farmers market for fresh fruit (especially the papayas) and vegetables, Safeway for groceries (take your club card for best prices) and Home Made Cafe for cheap breakfasts and the best malasadas (Portuguese donuts) ever!! Thank Vicki for sharing your piece of paradise with us. You were a pleasure to work with and couldn't have been more accommodating. We can't wait to return to Maui!!

This was our first time staying in Wailea, and will never stay anywhere else again! The condo was great for our family (2 adults,2 children). The two story layout is perfect. It was great to be able to pack up and walk to the beach, no need get in your car. We were concerned about road noise when we first arrived, but never even noticed it. All of the amenities of home. Very peaceful location! Can't wait to go again next year.

We have stayed in Wailea a few times but are always hesitant to book and look for new condos to stay in because you may not get what you hope for or think you are getting. From our initial contact, Vicky was great to deal with. The condo exceeded our expectations; clean with everything we needed for a great holiday. The master bedroom and bath in the loft was ideal and private. The main floor lanai was our favorite part of the condo. It was both private and beautiful. We enjoyed having our meals outside surrounded by flowers and plants. A nice place to have coffee and start your day. The photos on the site do not do the unit or the lanai's justice. Keawakapu Beach is one of Maui's nicest beaches. We loved the walk down the boardwalk every morning and in the evenings heading to the beach and pool to watch the sunsets. Ekahi is close to beach, shopping, and restaurants (Spago, Tommy Bahama, 5 Palms Beach Grill, Sarrentos were some of our favs). We couldn't have asked for a better location. The complex itself is stunning with bougainvillea throughout the property. Enjoyed the beauty of the 5 min walk to the beach. We will be returning to Maui and Wailea next year and hopefully stay at the condo once again.

My partner and I just returned from a 25 day stay at this condo unit. The Ekahi property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful areas in Maui; however, the condo unit itself has some points of concern. We found it to be a little shop worn and in need of a good cleaning. We also had a proplem with ants in the kitchen and the odd cockroach especially in the upstairs bedroom. Compared to other rentals we have experienced in Maui, the kitchen had a few items missing that are used on a regular basis in most homes. If you are concerned about traffic noise, this place is not for you. It is adjacent to a very busy road which is heavily used about 18 hours a day. On the upside. After we complained about the soiled carpets, the owners arranged to have them cleaned with a couple of days. They also dropped off a brand new Bar BQ which was missing upon our arrival and also provided us with a few of the missing things in the kitchen. The Ekahi complex was a very nice experience with the exception of the condo unit itself. The owners were very obliging and if you are not offended by some of the outlined points of concern, you will enjoy this Maui experience.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for about a week for our wedding. It was a terrific experience. The owner described the unit accurately. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, there were plenty of towels, beach towels, a few boogie boards, and all the necessities one needs to feel at home. The owner had even left a bowl of fruit for us upon arrival. We prepared most of our meals at the condo and had no problems. The washer and dryer were also used quite a bit. The patios are nice with beautiful plants all around. The Ekahi village itself is absolutely beautiful. It's perfectly maintained with unbelievable variety and abundance of flowering plants and trees. The pool and beach truly are only a five minute walk from the unit. The pool area is a nice place to relax with fresh water showers, drinking water, shaded lounge area, and kitchen area. We walked along the beachfront path comparing other properties along the way and came to the conclusion that we had picked the best place for our needs. I highly recommend this unit and we plan to stay here again if we make it back to Maui.

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation! Great condo complex with beautiful landscaping, 4 pools and amazing beach access (one of the best beaches on maui). We saw sea turtles while snorkeling 100 yards off the main beach entrance for the complex. Condo was stocked with everything we needed and bed was comfy. We bbq'd a couple nights and took advantage of the wifi to look up local attractions. Close walk to shops and dining. Wailea is the best place to stay on Maui. We highly recommend staying at Vicki's condo, we'll be back soon for sure! Why are you still reading this? Book it, you won't be disappointed. Aloha!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this unit. Great location and the unit was well appointed and very clean. The owners went out of their way to insure we had a great vacation including a bowl of wonderful organic bananas from their farm in Hana when we arrived. We would definately stay at this unit again.

This was the first time we had stayed at a condo in Maui. We went to Maui to get married without a set location in place. After touring the grounds and beach in front of the complex we decided to do the wedding right there. Vicki was a pleasure to work with from the first email. If you don't enjoy staying at her place you won't have fun anywhere.

Vicki was so delightful to work with and such a pleasant disposition! The condo is perfectly located near shopping, restaraunts and the beach! The view from the upstairs lanai is breathtaking and everything was very clean. It made us feel at home being in this condo. We loved the use of the grill, boogie boards, towels, chairs, and washer/dryer! Something you can't get in a hotel. We felt very safe in the area as well. We drove to other areas on the island like Kihei,Kaanapali & Kapalua and this by far, was the best area to be in! You will love it just as much as we did!

We were very pleased with our decision to stay at Ekahi Village which is situated in beautiful Wailea with easy access to numerous gorgeous beaches. The grounds of the complex are covered with colorful gardens and features four pools. The condo is a very spacious end unit, comes equipped with everything one would need and is extremely clean and well cared for. We appreciated the friendliness and prompt replies of the owner and would certainly like to return again.

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Separate master bedroom and bath in the loft allowed the parents room from the kids. Kitchen and outdoor grill allowed us to make our own meals when we wanted. Washer and dryer made it feel just like home and allowed us to pack light for the trip (and save on the airline checked baggage fees). Great location to explore everything Maui had to offer. Owner was great to work with and made everything easy. We would definitely return!

Our vacation in Maui was fantastic. We loved this complex. It was clean, pools were great, and we could walk to a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, and beach toys. We ate on the lanai every day and enjoyed having our own grill.Condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and we loved having 2 bathrooms. Unlike some of the other places we have stayed, parking was easy. Thank you Vicki for sharing your cozy home. -Carrie
