My unit is located on the fourth floor with no obstructions. For those with a fear of heights, there are not many lower floor units in the building to rent. The balcony overlooks the Gulf. It has a King bed in the master bedroom, a comfortable Queen pull out sofa and a set of bunk beds in a private room.
The amenities of the unit include a washer/dryer, Granite kitchen Counter tops, marble surrounds in bathroom, 18 inch tile, dishwasher, Kitchen with breakfast bar, GE Appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Cable TV, two TVS, DVD Player, Linens, Utensils, Crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door overlooking balcony, with furniture to the Gulf of Mexico!
