Great Condo, great location

The condo was very clean and perfectly set up. The bed in the master is very comfortable. Having the beach chairs and umbrella service included is an extra value added. Dawn was easy to work with and quick to respond. My deposit was returned the same day we left. Pier Park is within walking distance for shopping and dining. We will be returning next year.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was the best, very clean. The bed sheets are white as snow..My husband and had a wonderful time. His sister and her husband was there for a few days they stayed in the bunk room.,they both were very pleased with the bottom bunk. The 4th floor great with the best view, Dawn is a very sweet person,easy to work. We will sure rent again.You will not go wrong to stay here.

Had a great time! Dawn the owner was great to deal with! My son loved the beach and pool. The free beach chairs were great to have!! I especially liked the low fourth floor location. We would walk up or take the elevator. Received our security deposit back the following day. Would definately stay here again. Hopefully see you again in October!

The accommodations were great. We enjoyed the central location to all the surrounding facilities. We appreciated the security in and around the condo. Everyone was very helpful. The condo was well equipped and clean. It was a nice home away from home.

First time to stay at this end of the beach, and it was a wonderful spring break. The condo was as advertised - loved being on the 4th floor. Great view, but not too high! Well kept, with a good layout. There were 6 of us - my husband and me, my parents, and our 13 year old daughter and a friend. We all loved it. Girls were able to walk to Pier Park, and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Plus, proximity to back beach road means you can go anywhere and avoid the traffic. Dawn was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and our deposit was returned in less than a week! It was also a bonus to have the beach lounges and umbrella included with the rental. We'd love to stay here again, and I know my parents are thinking of returning here soon.

We stayed in the condo back in July 2010. A large group of us stayed in different condo’s at Tidewater. Most of our group got an extra night’s stay for the same price we paid. The condo was not very clean. I had to vacuum and sweep the floors plus the shower curtain was covered in mold. I have also had a problem with getting my deposit back-still have not received it. (It's now November)

Owner response:Unfortuately, Tammy was a disgruntled renter. After she rented with us, she wanted me to refund her money because her friends paid a little less than she did. Although she agreed to my price 2 months prior to arrival. My condo is a "K" unit which has a seperate bunk room, 2 bathrooms and a oceanfront balcony. Her friends rented a "N" unit which had only 1 bathroom plus bunks in the hallway. Also the balcony is a side view of the ocean not oceanfront. These items as you can see, factor into the higher cost. Anyone who rents in Panama City during the summer knows that the majority of owners rent from Saturday to Saturday during this busy season. How is it possible that every other family she traveled with got an extra night stay for free? That would mean renters would check out on Sunday, thus disturbing the cycle of rentals. As for cleanliness, please see my other reviews. Everyone else has been more than happy. As for her security deposit, her son spilled cranberry juice on the comforter. I had to deduct $30 to get it dry cleaned. The rest she received promptly back. As you can see, Tammy is just trying to write a negative review hoping not to have others stay at my condo. Thankfully, 70% of my renters are return renters - so all I can say is- that statement speaks for itself!!

Dawn was very friendly and great to deal with. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Love being on the 4th floor, as I must admit I am afraid of heights! Can't wait to come back and stay here again Hoping to come down for a long weekend in October!
