Annual events on the island include the Park Point Art Fair, the World’s Longest and Largest Garage Sale and Duluth’s oldest foot race, the Park Point Five Miler, held in July. You can cross the Aerial Lift Bridge into Canal Park and walk, stroll or take a carriage ride along Duluth’s Lake Walk stopping to check out the small shops, galleries and restaurants.
