Stayed here last week. What an amazing property. Right on the beach. Perfect location. The roof top deck and plunge pool separates this property from the rest. Right where all the action is. Walk to the clubs and restaurants. Everything you can ask for - they have. Would totally recommend....

Stayed here in July. Excellent property. Right on the beach. Talk about location. They weren’t kidding when they said you would never have to step into another taxi once you got here. Conveniently located to restaurants and bars. If you need to take a taxi, they wait right there across the street. The plunge pool on the roof top deck was a very welcome amenity, especially after a day in the sun. Great place to watch the sunsets. Very spacious 3 bedroom. Kept clean. Well stocked. Great AC, ceiling fans. Great service all around starting from when we e-mailed our inquiry, when they picked us up at the airport, and when the property manager checked us in and out. Felt comfortable knowing that there is 24 hour security in this building. They issued us a picture ID upon check-in and you had to show it every time in order to get in. Elevator whisked us up to the Penthouse. They arranged all of our tours in advance, and even arranged to have a chef come over one morning to cook us a traditional Mexican breakfast buffet with Mimosas. YUMMY! Will definitely be back. Thanks to all of Donnie’s Team Members that played a part in making this a very memorable vacation.

This lovely apartment is perfect whatever reason you visit Puerto Vallarta. It has an awesome kitchen, beautiful main room, and amazing terrace to watch the sunsets.

Boys Get-away Penthouse! - Feb/Mar2011

If you are looking for a condo with an oceanview, spacious living area, plenty of room for 6, and polite and helpful on-site staff, this is the place for you. The wrap-around balcony and awesome rooftop with lounge chairs, patio table, and personal dipping pool are perfect for relaxing or partying from sunrise to sunset to sunrise. Location is a bonus if you are looking for a place on the beach near Blue Chairs (it's next door, literally, so expect some entertaining sunset bar dance music and festivities in the evenings, but not too late - a plus for us!). Also a convenient walk to local markets, excellent restaurants, and bars in the Zona Romantica. We had maid service twice while we were there for a week. Washer/dryer made keeping clothes and towels clean easily. We were there late Feb/early March, so temperatures were not too hot, and A/C's in each bedroom kept sleeping comfortable. Slight issue with water pressure in some bathrooms, but very manageable. Thanks Donnie and Maria for an excellent vacation experience from booking to departure! We've already booked this condo for next year!

Very roomy. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. Wonderful view from roof! Nicely appointed with TV's, radios and all kitchen utensils. We find this part of town the best for old Mexico flavor and for the great restaurants right in the neighborhood. The owners are very helpful.

This place lives up to it's description and the other travel reviews. What really makes the difference in a 5-STAR place in Mexico is how things go when there are problems (which there often are). We were in the unit during a severe storm and there was substantial damage. The rental agent (Michael) did a phenomenal job of helping us out, finding us other accommodation, and adjusting the rental rate (we down-graded to a smaller unit). We loved the unit while we were there. The maid was great - we arranged for her to cook dinner for us one night. It's hard to beat the beachfront locale for convenience!

I usually stay at my timeshare loacted by the cruise ships and have to take taxi cabs everywhere. Thank goodness my friends came across this place and we stayed here instead. Great location, right on the beach. Right in the middle of town, was able to walk everywhere. Fantastic roof top deck with private plunge pool, views of the Bay of Banderas and a cooktop grill. The private beach with palapas and food service from the nearby bar and restaurant was very convienant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Casa de Laguna in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico and had the time of my life. The location is excelent with private axcess to the sandy beaches and incredible views. My friends and I enjoyed many amazing evenings in the downtown area as well as relaxing days on the beach with great service from local bars and restaurants. The Penthouse is very well managed with its own pool and superb views of "la Playa".

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and roomy penthouse with everything you could want in the best location. Friendly staff and locals. The beach is great and the nightlife abundant. Not a sad face to be found. I'll make this a yearly trip.

Stayed with some friends here. Had a great time, geat location and staff. With in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to go back.
