The Malecon, a sea-side strip of restaurants and shops, is a short five minute drive away from the complex. A large modern grocery store is within walking distance of the villa. This ground floor villa provides easy access to the pool, jacuzzi, and palapa. All guests have access to the roof-top terrace and hot tub located on the top of the newly built tower. This location offers spectacular views of the bay.
Also, the villa is located less than five minutes from Marina La Paz. In fact, many of the outfitting companies providing diving and fishing excursions in La Paz have their businesses around this marina, including: Baja Quest, Mar Y Aventuras, and Buceo Carey, to name a few. These tour operators offer a variety of excursions ranging from day trips to overnight trips at the neighboring islands. These outfitters provide something for everybody as activity levels range from sight-seeing to pure adventure.
