Condo 406 at the Marinaterra was perfect. Nicely decorated, large rooms, well stocked kitchen, lots of baths, 2 nice decks. The view of the boats at the marina was great. Walk to the marina in minutes. Private beach area off to the side. The folks at Siesta Realty were great when we needed anything or had questions. Condo was really clean. I own pine River Lodge in Bayfield, CO overlooking a lake and I know a good place when I see one. Thanks for a lovely stay and the fishing was great. Wow all around! We checked around while there and we got the best place to stay at the very best price.

Not the first time I've been to this part of paradise and certainly won't be the last.... I just wish it were closer to Australia. I spent 3 months here again this year and the condo was home-away-from-home for that period of time. I couldn't have been happier... The amenities were much appreciated, especially the air/con. Lack of an oven in the kitchen made cooking interesting at times, however it wasn't a huge issue. Until I got my own transport, shopping, particularly grocery shopping, was a tad tricky as I was reliant on friends, taxi and/or bus. The Oxo at the corner was very handy though and within walking distance. Location couldn't have been better in every other way, with a view to die for!! I particularly loved the decor of the condo and I would book here again in a heartbeat!!

We had a great time visiting the condo. Very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you need, it felt like home. We went for the weekend to do some fishing, the location was perfect right at the Marina. The kids loved both swimming pools, it was hard to get them out.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

John, We had a great time. The condo was perfect and we loved it. All four guys felt really confortable. The views from the place are spectacular and we plan on coming down again. We had a ball eating fresh crab tacos, drinking margaritas on the beach, fishing on the Catch 22, snorkeling, and dining out at the numerous restaurants. It was great to be in the same building as the main hotel in San Carlos, and we used many of the...fabulous swimming pools. Thanks again for the hospitality. Dan

John, I just wanted to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo in possibly the best true vacation spot on the planet. We needed to get away and rest and this was the perfect place to do it. Your condo is very clean and comfortable and being so close to the marina, it was a true treat. The only downside to our whole trip was that we chose to drive down..... The next time we come, we are flying! The roads are great and we had no problems at all but it took us 9 hours each way to drive it and that was a bit much for only having a week to enjoy this beautiful paradise. Flying will definately be a big plus! LOL. Thank you again.

We had a great stay, condo is well set up and maintained, people in main hotel were helpful and friendly. We had stayed at Bahia Delphin before, but since my wife is not a diver, she liked your condo better better because the location allowed her to roam about while my daughter and I were diving. Service was great, keys were there and ready for us.

The office was easy to find and the folks were courteous. They almost couldn't make change for our cash but it worked out... No real problems. I hope to have a chance to stay there in the future.

We stayed in this very nice condo for the month of March 2007. It has a beautiful million dollar view of the marina and Cerro Tetakawi. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms and living area are very spacious. Great kitchen. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Owner response:Since your visit, we have made many improvements in the condo. We have remodeled the kitchen with new Mexican tile, a Kohler sink, and a GE Profile cooktop. Both Suite Bathrooms have new marble tile showers. The marina side balconies have new wrought iron tables and chairs, with a gas grill on the living room balcony. We have upgraded to Directv, and we now have WiFi in the condo. One thing we didn't change is the view. It is still amazing. We hope to see you again, soon!
