$150 Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit is required with short term rentals.
$50 Pet Deposit is required for each pet.
$400 Security Deposit plus $100 with pets, is refundable within 2 weeks.
Indoor Smoking is not allowed and will affect the deposit if abused.
Person responsible for renting must be older than 25 years of age.
