HEATED POOL CENTRAL AIR + HEAT FULL EQUIPPED KITCHEN(not efficiency kitchen) We have a dishwasher, full 4 burner stove, built in microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, bowls, utensils, and popcorn maker. Our personal BEACH TOYS, BOARD GAMES, BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA (one for chairs and one for the beach), Shower with Tub, 2 Beds in bedroom (Sleeps 2 each bed) (NEW PILLOWTOP MATTRESSES IN the BEDROOM/one queen and one full), Washer/Dryer(not in unit/ on 2nd floor(quarters required). There is (1)Parking Spot for each condo unit owner. Street parking for friends, family, and guests. Towels and linens are included along with DAILY MAID SERVICE.
TURN RIGHT FROM UNIT 314 when walking out the door AND WALK APPROX 25 feet, go DOWN THE STEPS, make a quick right and walk a few steps and you can jump on the beach!
Come on down to our paradise! We believe that we have a taste of the tropics on the east coast this summer! Our place Unit 314 in Wildwood Crest is our ISLAND PARADISE. The building is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. It has been my experience that there is nothing like stepping out of the door of unit 314 only to see the magnificent ocean and breathtaking sunrise! Stretch those arms and breathe in the fresh ocean air! Go for a walk or run on the beach! The sky is the limit for activities for you which are free!
Our condo has a seashore décor for our beach-lovers. It is equipped with a kitchen area that has a full stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, countertop, and kitchen equipment, as stated above. There is a cool looking island fan in the center of the living room area, which blows a soft breeze into your hair! We have central air and heat in our unit, also. There are two TVs for your convenience. There is a VCR and one TV in the one bedroom area and a DVD player with cable/TV in the living room area. (Remember to turn the VCR off, when watching the TV or the TV will be fuzzy). Our condo is spic and span for your Saturday arrival and our condo is cleaned for our next guests arrival on the Saturday of your departure. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for your needs. There is a game room, also, which uses quarters for all guests, owners, and their family and friends who vacation at their shore condo.
Our place sleeps a maximum of 4-6 people. Tiz a cozy little place for everyone. There are two beds which sleep two people in each bed (two beds) in the bedroom area (one queen (PILLOWTOP MATTRESS) and 1 full/double PILLOWTOP MATTRESS. Nice and Comfy! There are two built in full closets on each side of the bedroom and two honey wicker dressers on each side of the bedroom. There is a dividing accordian wall which pulls across the bedroom dividing it into two areas for additional privacy on both sides of the room. The sofa in the living room area is a pullout sofa with a (full) bed that sleeps two people. The furniture is wicker furniture with a warm "honey" tone in our unit. The bathroom has a full bath with a shower and tub. The dining room area has a maple wood table with a white tile top. You can enjoy that "gourmet" meal that you cooked or enjoy your take out to save time for more fun on the boardwalk! The beauty of eating at our table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner is that if you look out of the slider and can see the beach and ocean. Stand outside our door, look to the right and you see the ocean and beach with magnificent view.
Step outside the door and walk to the right, go down the steps and/or take the elevator and jump onto the beach. Exercise is best, so take the steps! We are located on the third floor in the front part of the building on the side with a full view (lloking toward the right on the shared balconey) of the beach and ocean.
We believe that Wildwood Crest beach is beautiful, as you well know, if you have ever been down to our shore! We also believe that one of the benefits of staying close to the beach is that you are close enough to walk back to our condo unit 314 without a struggle! You can grab a quick sandwich and run back down to the beach. If you choose not to go to the beach, why not swim at our pool, however, just remember, you have the biggest "pool in the world" at the beach, the ocean. So why not use it while you can!
We have beach chairs in our condo for your use in the season. There is an elevator for everyone's convenience for your beach items and luggage. You have access to a trolley which is on the corner of our block Denver Avenue to transport you to the boardwalk or Cape May area, at a minimal charge to you chose not to drive and move your car.

One separate bedroom is in the unit with a accordian/wall attached to the ceiling that pulls across for privacy dividing the bedroom into 2 separate areas with a built in closet on both sides, dressers, night stands and one additional TV/VCR on the one side.

- Dishwasher: Who wants to do dishes by hand while on vacation??? A dishwasher is a must! Of course, who want to cook either, however, sometimes we feel inspirted while on vacation to cook that special meal and eat it while looking at the beach!

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: We love to barbeque in the summer. There are 2 grills on the premises. Utensils are in our unit for you. We ask that you please clean up after use of the barbeque for all owners, and their friends and guests to be able to use after your use.
- Deck/Patio: There are 2 large decks (concrete) with loungers, chairs, and a table on decks. Chairs are in front of the unit and table to be able to sit outside the unit. We ask that everyone please keep the area nice and clean for everyone's use.
- Balcony: Long shared balcony (concrete) on the floors for units on each level. Not a private balcony. There is a space in front of the unit with two chairs and room for a small table (fish shaped table which is in out unit). Pleae remember to bring it back in and out after use.
- View/Location
- Beachfront: Clarification to Beachfront. The building is located on Denver Avenue and on the Beach/Four . We are in the front on the side facing the ocean
- Beach View: We have a view of the beach and are located in the front part of the building on the side, third floor. Step out of the unit, turn your head to the right and you have an unobstructed view of the beach.
- Communications
- Telephone: A phone is in our unit for emergencies, only. We ask everyone to use their cell phones for outgoing and incoming calls. We, as the owners, are responsible for any calls made from our condominum. So, please use your cell, thank you!
