Oceanview Condominiums sits on the beach in beautiful Margate, New Jersey. The unit sits in the middle of the charming complex near the well landscaped courtyard. Oceanview features a heated pool and coin operated laundry facilities.

Oceanview Condominiums are within walking distance to all of Margate's finest restaurants, bars, and historic "Lucy the Elephant". Just a short drive to Atlantic City and Ocean City.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and the living room hosts a couch which converts to another queen size bed for additional sleeping. The unit comes completely furnished including a full kitchen with small dining area. One designated off-street parking spot comes with your rental.

We prefer families. A security deposit will reserve your season or month. Rentals must be one month or more. A rental deposit, full payment, signed lease, and signed property rules are necessary to complete the process.
