Oceanview Condominiums are within walking distance to all of Margate's finest restaurants, bars, and historic "Lucy the Elephant". Just a short drive to Atlantic City and Ocean City.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed and the living room hosts a sofa which converts to another queen size bed for additional sleeping. The unit comes completely furnished including a full kitchen with small dining area. One designated off-street parking spot comes with your rental.
A security deposit will reserve your season or month. RENTALS MUST BE ONE MONTH OR MORE. A rental deposit, full payment, signed lease, and signed property rules are necessary to complete the process.
