Sit back, relax, and unwind -- Our building is a quaint wood beach villa, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We pride ourselves on keeping a VERY CLEAN unit. We offer amenities such as, cable TV, DVD, VHS, and assigned covered parking within the 8 unit complex. 'We are Kid friendly'
Enjoy our unique and quiet atmosphere. It offers the surf, white powdery sand, sunsets, Gulf breezes, sunshine, blue skies, and the comforts of home.
We are in close proximity to anything in Pinellas County. Located approximately 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from the Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Many restaurants and things to go nearby. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida and the West coast.

Everything with our condo was fantastic. There is a little convenience store right across the street, you have designated parking right down the steps, 10 minutes from Publix, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The amenities in the condo are great and the beach is 100' away from the unit. Thanks again! We loved it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Sherri -- I just wanted to let you know that Bob and I had a wonderful time last weekend. The condo was very nice and the location perfect! We enjoyed many walks along the beach and had a great time shopping, trying out some different eating places and relaxing. The people at the management agency were very nice as well. Thanks for the pictures, communication and ongoing engagement to help make our visit so pleasant!
