This family friendly vacation getaway is a two story 1810 sq ft home, which is conveniently located between the Village Mall and Fort Rock Park, just off of Beaver Drive. It is also located approx 1/2 mile from the new Sunriver Aquatic Center (SHARC). The home features a new air conditioner for those warm summer days, a newer hot tub that seats 8, Ethan Allen master bedroom set, Ethan Allen dining room furniture for 8 as well (extra table leaves and side bench seating), and a living room gas fireplace. Kitchen appliances include a range/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser built in. Family friendly items include bikes, movies, and books.
Our home is fully furnished for your enjoyment and vacation stay. There are cedar vaulted ceilings in the living room and upstairs bedrooms, along with beautiful floor to ceiling windows at the front and back of the living room, providing a light and open feel. Living room seating is two leather couches and an oversized leather chair. A newly remodeled addition features a large family room with 9' ceilings to provide a separate entertainment area. There is a kitchen and dining area that opens into the new family room. The master bedroom with queen is on the main level, along with a bathroom. There is a new separate 1/2 bath on the main level. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one common bathroom (bedroom#1 with queen, bedroom#2 with daybed/trundle and bunk). Sleeps 8 total (2+2+4).
Outside, there is a back deck with a hot tub, outdoor eating area, and gas bbq to enjoy the outdoors year round. There is also a large front deck, and small back deck off the rear living room. There are 4 adult / 2 child bikes to take advantage of all of Sunriver's bike trails.
Sunriver pool/tennis passes are included in the rental, no extra charge (significant family $$ savings for SHARC daily admission).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house is idea, especially for riding bikes to the pool and the village. The area is quiet and the various decks allow for privacy and the ability to take in the sun at all times of the day. The layout of the house is idea with the children having their own space to play and watch movies. The owner is helpful and very thoughtful. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Stayed at this house several times over the last 5 years. With the new addition and enclosed garage it really is a nice place to stay. Close to the new SHARC and Ft Rock Parks. A short bike ride will get you to the village. Nice hot tub and new deck.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great memories and wonderful accomodations! We enjoyed the location and the comfort! Thank you again for such a fun little last minute get away last summer! Highly recommend!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 11 Lave Top. The house was sparkling clean and adorable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a fantastic dinner and the beds were comfy and super cozy. A wonderful stay! The location was central to everything we needed. The furnishings were updated and tasteful. It allowed our family to feel at home and still be on vacation. When we were looking to purchase in Sunriver, we wanted more of a 'cabiny feel', definitely not a ranch house as we occupy in the city. After the long drive to Sunriver, we wanted to feel like we are in a real getaway home to relax and enjoy.
