Summer Rates- 1 night $250.00 plus tax; the longer the stay the better the discount. Stay 7 nights, the rate is $165.00 per night plus tax.

The layout of this Unit is Perfect for Two Couples traveling together wanting to share very affordable expenses, great for Families or for the Single Couple wanting that romantic getaway. This Lovely Condominium is Brand New, just completed in October of 2006.

Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations Unit B202 is located on the Second Floor. The Building Unit B202 is located in was completed in 2006, is a secured building and has underground parking as well as elevator access to the Condominium. We have other Units as well. The tastefully decorated 1100-foot condominium is spacious, one level and has all the right amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a Flat Screened TV with Cable and an Electric Fireplace for warmth and ambiance. The Kitchen is fully equipped for savoring your own home cooking. The two bedrooms both have either King bed or twin beds making it versatile for couples or singles traveling together. This Unit also has a full size stack Washer and Dryer.

This Unit has fantastic views of Mt. Alyeska Ski Resort as well as other surrounding mountains. There is also a shuttle service (a short walk accross the street)to take you to the ski lifts which is about a mile away.

This Girdwood Rental Unit B202 is within walking distance to great restaurants, Double Musky being one of the best in Alaska. Featuring both Style, Comfort, and Convenience, you'll want to stay for more than one night!

  • We stayed for four days/3 nights along with another couple and really enjoyed being there. The condo was spacious, comfortably furnished, maintained like new, and conveniently located. Kim did a great job accommodating us at the last minute, setting up to our preferences, and recommending hiking trails and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Snow Raven B202 again.

  • We stayed in the condo for 2 nights during our recent visit through the Girdwood & Portage Area. Very nice accomadations, we enjoyed the whole condo. After sightseeing all day it was wonderful to come back and relax in such a nice place, lots of room for all of us. Thanks to Kimberly for providing directions and information regarding the condo.

  • My wife and I and another couple spend the nights of 30 & 31 Dec 07 in B202. The condo was gorgeous with spacious living room, kitchen and very nice bedrooms with own bath. I really liked the heated garage and the security of the facility. The management company (Kimberly) did a fantastic job of setting it all up for me. We will definitely stay with them on our next Girdwood outing.

  • We just returned from one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. We spent 5 nights in Girdwood, AK and skiid 4 days with our children at Alyeska. I'm so glad we rented a condo from Snow Raven. At first we looked into the Prince Hotel, but decided against it since they don't offer units with kitchens. Our condo at Snow Raven was new, spacious, and had a beautiful kitchen. We stocked up on groceries in Anchorage, and enjoyed great meals before/after skiing each day. The furniture was lovely, and the mountain views were breathtaking. Our family of 6 was quite comfortable here. The managers are friendly and accommodating. We'll call them for our next trip to Alyeska!
