Our rental is a Guest House on beautiful shaded lot in Beachwalk. This is a comfortable space for your family. There are two bedrooms and two great bathrooms, full kitchen with stainless appliances and swanstone countertops, hardwood and tile throughout and decorated just as cute as can be. You are a short stroll from an amazing stretch of Lake Michigan’s best beach, not to mention use of the swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball, putting green and coming soon, the long awaited splash pad.
Within walking distance of the Michigan City Zoo, Washington Park playgrounds and marina. Feel like shopping? The outlet mall is less than a five minute drive. Feeling lucky? The Blue Chip Casino is a three-minute drive away. Great dining options locally and in New Buffalo, Michigan, which is a quick 15 minute drive away.
Feeling adventurous? There is a skate park just five minutes away, Jet Ski rental at Washington Park beach and fishing charters by the score. If you like your adventure on foot, try the many trails and beautiful grounds at the Indiana Dunes Lakeshore State Park. The list goes on from here!

our family of 5 had a terrific time in this adorable yet funtasticly decorated house! loved the neighborhood, the front porch was great for hubby to have morning coffee & read. The house was welcoming and a great place to stay if you like to cook and use the kitchen!! The decorating is inviting and very friendly. Love the "at home" yet fun decor that the house offers. The owners are great to deal with, and no promise is left unkept! Recommend to all who love the beach, a welcoming community to explore and a great place to hide from the sun when it gets too much! Lovely shopping in near by places and wonderful antigues if you like that sort of thing!! Our favorite family vacation. Will return soon..... only regret is now our family is bigger so we need a bigger place this time!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a fabulous time in Michigan City and the Beachwalk community is just perfect for families. The house we rented was perfect for our small family. Very neat and clean and everything was as described.

Gorgeous little house in the heart of beachwalk. We loved everything about the house. Only negative for us was the softer bed (we are just used to a very hard bed!). Also, there was no WIFI - which would have been nice
