Very clean, nicely furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 square foot home with open air lanai. Only 1/2 mile to free ferry ride (only takes 5 minutes) to private beach, walk, ride your bike or 1 minute by car to the boat ride, kids love it.
Quiet neighborhood. Great for walks, fish the intercoastal or put your boat in the water at our private boat ramp. Shopping is nearby and a great park for exercising or wildlife viewing. Guests have always enjoyed the house regardless of what they came to Florida for. Pets are negotiable.

- Venice is billed as the "shark tooth" capital of the state and the best "toothing" is on the private beach. A boat runs every 1/2 hour to and from the private beach. No crowds or folks kicking sand on your blanket. Florida "snow shovels" provided for shelling.

Apr-Nov .. $500/week .. longer stays negotiable
10% Florida tourist tax for stays less than 6 mos. + refundable cleaning deposit
