Summer (June-Aug) $1500/weekly rentals only; no night or weekend rentals in summer
Off season $250/night, 3 nights+,$300/night for 2 nights, $1,500 a week.
Downpayment (50%)required at time of booking, remainder on arrival.
Cancellations received a minimum of 30 days in advance of the arrival date will
be refunded minus a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Check in time 4 p.m. (earlier if available). Check out at noon.

The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
This is a gorgeous place--visitors never fail to say 'wow' as they enter the great room. We are located at 365 E Main St, across from the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, and the downtown shopping district is 1/2 block away. Walk to Island Bean or Wooley Bugger for coffee, have lunch at Cornichons or Mary Ellen's and dinner at the New York or the Pier. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away. The waterfront is just a block away. The best compliment we receive for this condo is repeat visitors!
