Beautiful Vacation - Average Home

We stayed in the home for two weeks, and basically it was rather average. For starters, the family before us was very messy and resulted in us being delayed getting into our home. There was also alot of trash left around the trashcans (diapers, beer cans, etc.) Once we were "in," the home had no hangars; one of the main bedrooms did not have a TV (when website stated all rooms had tv's); an upstairs bedroom didn't have a mirror, and the Jack and Jill bathroom has only one sink to share between both rooms (very unaccommodating for 6 teens)!!! The landline phone does not work. One of the dining room chairs is broken, as well as one of the bikes (unable to ride); seal of the Master Bath shower is coming off - resulting in water leaking onto the floor. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with the house, but the location is really good. WaterColor is one of our favorite places to bring our families! We will be looking for a different house next year. Please know that Shannon from Emerald Coast Properties is very, very helpful, and I appreciated her friendliness!
