This elegantly furnished home has the living area located on the main level features 50' HD Plasma T.V with surround sound system and DVD. Also on main level is a sleeper sofa and Custom Chef Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances (Sub Zero, Bosch,Dacor) with beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. Relax on
our lanai in a beautiful tropical setting with swaying palm trees and enjoy your favorite drink and meal cooked on our commercial gas grill.
This is a family oriented community with a minimum age rental of
25 years old. (This is not a party vacation spot)During the spring we have a VERY STRICT AGE policy that requires everyone in your group to be 25 or older if not there must be 1 parent for every 3 persons under age 25 in your group.
Master bedroom with Plasma T.V.,& DVD is located on 2nd level with
master bathroom/jetted tub.(Kohler) Also on 2nd and 3rd level are 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 King bedroom with Plasma T.V.s & DVD Each level has a large covered balcony with sitting area and partial view of pool. You're just a short stroll from the unique courtyard with stunning lagoon pool,large hot tub(summer only)and waterfalls.

We just returned from our stay and I will have to say, I was disappointed. The house is beautiful, but we experienced a large number of issues. The first thing we noticed was that the house was missing basic amenities like trash bags and dish soap, things you would expect in a home rental. Pots, pans and dish towels were old and worn. We also found that each room had DVD players but 3 out of 4 didn't work. We experienced a water leak and smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night. Both of these items were due to the owners not keeping up maintenance appropriately. I will say that the management company was responsive in resolving the issues, but who needs that hassle during vacation at someone else's home. This was the first week of Spring Break and there were many college age kids in the neighborhood but they didn't cause us any issues, although the security gate was damaged by someone during the week and one of the neighbors who live in the neighborhood thought it prudent to accuse our family of the damage. We were also approached on the rear porch of the house while grilling and asked if we were grilling food to take to the pool because that was against the community rules. After our return, I sent the owners an email explaining the issues that we encountered with the thought that they might be able to pro-actively address some of these issues so that future guests could have a better experience. What I got in return was a bunch of excuses and zero compassion for our inconvenience. Needless to say, our family will never stay here again. Buyer beware!

Manager response: Joey, I am sorry that your stay was not what you expected. I did send you a response email when I received your comments. We did have a HVAC problem on one of our units that was low on freon and we repaired it the same day you notified us. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and chirped and our management company replaced the battery the same day. We have 5 DVD players and 2 of the 5 did not work properly per guest. Our management company replaced one of the defective DVR the same day also. We are at the property now and are checking which other one did not function properly. All of these issues happened during the week that Joey and family stayed at our property. We corrected the problems the same day. We also had our entrance gate damaged and someone from the HOA noticed a scratch on one of the vehicles and apparently questioned the guest. As an owner, I did not request this and I also apologized via email to Joey for that. As far as trash bags.soap, and coffee filters, we supply a starter amount upon check in and this is the first time in 6 years anyone has made a comment regarding these essentials. I did offer to Joey if he returned again and wanted to rent our property that I would assist in any way possible. Our house is only 6 years old and everything in it is 6 years old or newer. We do routine updates to our property on each of our visits.

Great layout and proximity to everything perfect. Perfect for my group, privacy in home worked well as well as outside. Decor is very warm and inviting.
