Why the Owner Chose Coronado
We happened to live in Coronado in the early 1980's during a stint in the Navy and fell in love with the town. If you choose, you never have to leave the island - great beaches, great restaurants, interesting shopping, the Hotel Del and wonderful views of the bridge and San Diego's skyline. On the other hand, you are close to so much more with a short jaunt over the bridge - the zoo, the Padres (via water taxi!), Charger games, Gas Lamp area, Horton's Plaza, Sea World, Torrey Pines golf and many other attractions! But at the end of the day, you can always return to the little "escape" in Coronado!
