The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a full size bath, and laundry facilities. A full-size sofa bed is located in the four season room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, an additional full bath, and loft area with a pull out full-size sofa bed.
Large windows allow you to enjoy the tranquil setting. You can sit, relax, and start your morning off right with coffee on the front deck, which spans the full front of the house, and end the evening in the enclosed four season room off of the dining room. Both provide wonderful views of the surrounding woods where the deer and turkey are your neighbors.
This home is within walking distance of the outdoor heated swimming pool and clubhouse. Big Bass Lake has many year round amenities including fishing on any of the three lakes with optional boat rentals, 2 beaches with lifeguards, horseshoes, boce ball, community beginner ski slope with T-bar, sledding and tubing hills with equipment rental, ice skating, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, picnic areas and playgrounds.
Brand new, million dollar recreation center with snack bars and game rooms, tennis courts, basketball courts and planned activities all year round.
