This beautiful Seacrest Beach Home located in Seacrest Beach Subdivision on the Amazing 30A Highway! From the Cottage you are just a short walk to the beautiful 12,000 sq ft lagoon swimming pool or the incredible Gulf beaches.
This 3BR/3BA home is furnished with designer taste and granite counter tops in the kitchen with gourmet appliances. All of the utensils you need to whip up a gourmet meal or burgers on the grill available to you in the cook's friendly kitchen.
And in case you were worried, no walking to the beach for you! Seacrest Beach offers a shuttle service from your front door to their beach access on the beautiful beaches of 30-A. There are also 2 beach cruiser bikes available for your leisurely rides through Seacrest Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Front Porch is a wonderful place to relax after your stroll through the wonderful landscaped community. You can also take a short trip down 30-A to Seaside or Watercolor for some additional shopping and some of the best restraunts on the coast.

We absolutely LOVED the Boomerang Beach House!! Everything was beyond our expectations-the house was clean and felt like home (and had everything you need), the porch was a perfect relaxation spot, the pool-AWESOME, the bikes were so fun and convenient, the location was close to all of the action-be it family or grown-up, etc. I could go on and on. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend this house to ANYONE!! I hope to come back soon. Very soon. I'm already checking the calendar to check its availability for the summer. What a wonderful place to visit and reconnect with old friends, and RELAX!!

Our family really enjoyed this lovely home over spring break. My two college aged children were delighted that the beach was so beautiful and uncrowded. The beach cruiser bikes were a big hit with us.....so fun to drive over to Rosemary Beach Village for dinner or ice cream. Overall...an excellent experience. We hope to be back soon.

What a beautiful place to stay. The week flew by, & we all had a great time. The house is close to the pool and the beach, the bikes were so much fun, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all comfortable, and furnishings were very nice. The DVDs and games were just what the kids needed after a long day by the pool. The house was immaculate, the properties were nicely kept, quiet streets for the kids to walk and ride bikes - we felt it was safe enough for our teenage girls to walk over to the beach/pool at night. Seacrest is definitely a family oriented place. And for the adults it's just a short drive down to the Red Bar at Grayton beach. We will be back!
