Rate is $790 per week April-1 to Sept-1 ... $790 includes, tax, cleaning, and high speed internet!! Fully remodeled in 2010, this is my favorite place on earth.
The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom & has a pull out couch for the kids ... it's ideal for a family of 4. It comes with everything you'll need to live for a week ... except for food of course. Tucked away in quiet part of Sandpiper Cove you to choose to either relax by the pool (steps from the front door), take a nap on the beach (5 minutes walking from the front door), or read a book on the private balcony. At night you can watch a Blu-ray movie on the 42" flat screen or give surf casting a try on the private beach.
By renting my condo you'll have access to 2 chairs and umbrella set up every day for your exclusive use during your stay (set up 6AM to 5PM March - November). Grab your towel, sun tan lotion, & book and then settle into one of the chairs on the beach. You'll quickly forget about the world while you watching the light blue waves crash into the talcum powder white sand on the private beach for the day.
There's a Target across the street & Wal-Mart 1/2 mile away as well as what Destin is famous for -- more water parks, golf courses, restaurants, & shopping than you will be able to handle all within 5-10 minutes driving of Sandpiper Cove. You may not want to leave the once you see all the activities the gated community has to offer ... tennis, five swimming pools, a Par 3 Golf course, shuffleboard, and much more.

This is a wonderful unit. If you plan to use the pools and play golf, this is the condo for you. We stayed in this unit this week. It was very clean and nice and everything we would want. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be able to stay in this unit next year.

DESTIN is the most beautiful place in the world. This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo but approximate 20th year to stay in Sandpiper Cove and once again, we had a wonderful time with no problems what so ever. Chris is a wonderful guy to work with. We plan to be back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway.

We stayed in Chris' condo last year during the week of 4th of July and we absolutely loved it. We have reservations again this year for the same week and we can't wait to get there. Chris has been wonderful to work with and the place is great. We've been staying at Sandpiper Cove for 20+ years now and haven't had a bad experience yet. It's a beautiful resort. It's like our home away from home. We have a Chihuahau that we take with us every year and she loves it. Chris was very welcoming to her.
