A remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located in a quiet neighborhood at 1200 feet above sea level (approximately 5 degrees cooler than reported Kailua-Kona temperatures). You won't need air conditioning, as the house is quite effectively cooled by the additional altitude, the island's trade winds, the home's high ceilings and cross-ventilation enhanced by a large number of screened windows and doors.
The ocean views and sunsets from the hot tub on the lanai are fabulous. You are welcome to pick and enjoy the large variety of tropical fruits and nuts from the trees in the large and private yard. The large lanai, with hot tub, makes it possible to spend your entire vacation outside in this private, quiet, relaxing home.
The kitchen is complete, so you will only need to stop at Costco, Walmart or K-Mart (dry goods only), or one of the fine groceries in Kona to stock the fridge with your favorite foods and beverages. You can pack light because a washer and dryer are available for your use. Everywhere you look, you will see the beautiful Hawaiian vegetation out your windows. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, you can share your real Hawaiian vacation with your family or friends or just spread out.
