This house sits on the 15th Fairway of the Marsh Course at Amelia Island Plantation with views of the 14th green as well as views of moss covered live oaks and a lagoon. The entire second floor is the master suite, including a loft office area. The main floor has two bedroom suites, hard wood floors and is well maintained. A large deck and outdoor eating area looks over the golf course.
The Plantation is a gated family community with miles of beaches, multiple golf courses, a world class spa, tennis facilities, nature and hiking trails and restaurants. For some of the amenities on the Plantation, an amenity card is required and may be purchased from the Plantation.
The historic area of Fernandina Beach is only a short drive from the Plantation and contains many shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors. There is something for everyone to do while vacationing on the Plantation.
