  Our family stayed at this property and loved it. It was easy to unload our luggage from the car because the parking was directly outside this ground level condo. Close to the pool, which is huge and never busy.The kids loved it. We have a five and seven year old and by the end of our two weeks they were sad to go home. The beach is great and also not very busy. When the water is calm you can walk out 30-40 yards at least. Great surfing even in low swells. And the pier is close by for some easy lunch or dinner plans. The condo is clean, well appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach. I would recommend this condo for anyone with kids or older folks who don't want to deal with any stairs.

  This is a great unit! Right on the beach! We swam in the ocean, played in the sand, played in the pool, putted on the green, and had a really wonderful time. The unit was clean, well laid out, and very comfortable. All the comforts of home, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, golf clubs, and more. Good restaurants and shops nearby as well. I highly recommend a stay here. We'll be back!

  WOW! Perfect place for us, right on the beach, ground floor so very easy access. Lovely pool, grounds well maintained. Reserved, shaded parking places, (what a good idea.) Gentle stroll to the pier, which has a restaurant/bar etc. Room to spread out, spacious bedrooms, comfortable settees to lounge on. Small 'patio' in the shade, just right for we Brits. Lots of linens, towels, pots and pans, even beach chairs . Easy access to main roads, and supermarkets - just far enough away from them. Airport within easy reach, about 90 mins. (depending on traffic). Cape Canaveral less than 1 hour. We made a day-trip to St Augustine to see the 'early Florida'; it was well worth the effort. Blue Springs State Park (for manatees and wildlife) is beautiful. Good road maps are relatively cheap. If we ever manage to come back to Florida, this is the place we would come back to.
