Enjoy walking, snorkeling or horse trail riding Pappagallo Beach, the last unspoiled and undeveloped beach on Grand Cayman. We are the only condo development on this gorgeous 2 mile stretch of pristine white beach against a multitude of turquoise variations. Adjacent to the recently declared National Park, Pappagallo Beach is abundant with marine and wildlife…a snorkeler’s and naturalist’s dream come true! For those who like to fish, there are plenty of meals waiting to be caught right off the beach, and great bone fishing nearby.
Our guests regularly tell us that it is the best vacation that they have had, and consequently, we have many repeat visitors. We take great pride in providing a very high standard of comfort, hospitality and an environment that is more than the average rental property. The décor, furnishings, appliances etc. are continually updated in an upbeat, island style, and there are books, games, puzzles and movies for your enjoyment. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped, for those who prefer dining out, there is one of the best restaurants across the street, and another five minutes away. There is also take-out food and a grocery store nearby.
This is a place where R&R is the number one priority. You can be as active, or inactive as you want. If you want to be part of the tourist scene of jet skiers, para-sailing etc., it is just minutes away. If you want to sit on the beach with a good book and listen to the waves, and count the shades of blue (so far, the list is at 80), your chaise awaits you.

Year Purchased: 1984
We are a Canadian family who have owned at VP for nearly 30 years and love it as much as the day we bought. We enjoy walking the beach, watching the seabirds, snorkeling off the jetty, and experiencing the Cayman 'laid back' lifestyle. Sometimes our main activity/accomplishment is if we can figure out what to have for dinner and it usually means walking across the street to one of the best restaurants on the island Restorante Pappagallo!
Why the Owner Chose Pappagallo Beach
We have always loved that this unit is NOT on Seven Mile Beach. We have all the amenities close by within 5-10 minutes, yet we still have a very natural setting with the 'old Cayman' ambiance and are not inundated with cruise ship visitors, tourists, jet skis, para-sailing and water skiing.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have a wonderful view and we have focused on making the unit comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our guests tell us that they appreciate the small touches and comfortable beds.

We loved your condo!! We wanted somewhere quiet and off of the beaten path. It was perfect for us. It was so quiet there, we had the place to ourselves. Fosters Food store wasn't too far and we could head down to Georgetown very easily too. Our favorite restaurant was The Wharf, but Pappagallo's was delicious too. The scuba diving was fantastic, we used Don Foster's and everything was perfect. The Caymanians are so friendly and overall we had a fantastic vacation. >
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and your place. We snorkeled on Cemetary Beach, swam with the Stingrays, toured the turtle farm, drove around every inch of the island and met some of the nicest people, both local and visitors. We came back so relaxed and can't wait to plan another trip to the Caymans! Thank you so much for helping us out at the last minute. We were so glad to be where we were this week instead of in a hotel room! The condo was so roomy and the beds were so comfortable. It was also so nice to have a big kitchen. We ate breakfast at home and packed a soft cooler with lunch, snacks and drinks each day which saved us a fortune and allowed us to stay on the beach longer!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Hi Lee Back home now and missing the warm Cayman sun. We really had a wonderful week! Everything went great after the first day. Leah went horseback riding with Nikki and got her dive certification at Don Fosters ( it was too windy at Cobalt coast). We loved the peacefulness of your place and the view from the deck where we spent a lot of time We had some great diving and sightseeing. Dinner at Villagallos was great - Thanks.

Jamie and I have returned to the land of ice and snow after a wonderful week at your place at Villas Pappagallo. It was one of the best weeks we have spent on the island over the years. We got to spend a nice evening with Darling and Darcy Rivers catching up on each others' lives - the weather was great - I think we only used the a/c one evening when Jamie was having allergy trouble and never during the days. But most importantly, we just really enjoyed the comfortable surroundings of your place. You have done a great job at decorating and also at just making it such a comfortable environment in which to relax. I am truly sorry that we have never met in person for what I have learned about you from our emails and from Darling and Darcy, I sense you are similar in personality and taste to Jamie and me. Nonetheless, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your hospitality. Thanks again for letting us stay there - I am sure we will do so again as long as you are willing.
