By staying a few blocks from the water, you can enjoy all San Diego has to offer without breaking the bank! You'll still have some money to go to SeaWorld, the Zoo, LegoLand, Wild Animal Park and enjoy San Diego's great restaurants.
This Duplex was just remodeled from top to bottom and beautifully furnished. This 2bdrm/1ba apt is one half of a duplex. There is also a studio on the property. Rent both units or all three for larger groups that still want a little privacy! Located just 2.5 short blocks from beautiful Sail Bay (the part of Mission Bay that is closest to the ocean) and about 8 blocks from the ocean where Mission Beach and Pacific Beach blend together.
The light and airy living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished with all new furniture. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all new appliances and beautiful cabinets. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with mirrored doors. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds and a double bed and a 2nd TV.
There is a full bath/shower in the adorable retro bathroom. Cable/wireless Internet, unlimited phone line, desk with Computer, FAX/Printer/Copier/Scanner insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is Cable TV and DVD. There is a fenced yard with with a patio table and gas BBQ. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. No searching for parking at the beach as each unit has an off street parking spot.

This convenient duplex with two mirror-image 2-bdrm apartments and also a Studio apt were recently added to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of affordable just-off-the-beach vacation rentals. The owner is a local Real Estate broker. He remodeled and furnished the two duplex apartments last summer and added the Studio a few months later. This is a wonderful area for families with young children as it is so close to Fanuel Park young children's playground on Sail Bay and the units have a fenced yard, too. I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy this quiet residential neighborhood just a few blocks from beautiful Sail Bay. I hope you will try it soon and be one of the first to add your comments for these adorable newly renovated apartments. The electrical panels were built 40 years ago before we had many of today's energy hungry appliances. We've done our best to minimize accidental tripping of the breakers by purchasing energy efficient appliances, but running several things at once will occasionally trip the breakers, which can easily be reset without leaving the condo. After the abnormally cold weather this guest experienced, we installed an efficient gas heater that has greatly reduced the load on the electrical system and keeps the condo toasty warm.
