We chose this condo for its PERFECT 5th FLOOR location: high enough to see over the dune line and low enough to still see the gorgeous white sand beach and crystal clear water from the living room. It is close to the free parking garage walkover, the onsite Starbucks Coffee shop and SkyBar. The living room has a big HDTV with cable, DVD and extensive family movie collection.
The king bedroom has a 32' tv and an in-suite bathroom with garden tub/shower. Kids will love the set of twin bunk beds and second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, electric griddle and more to make preparing family meals easy and convenient. Enjoy the afternoon in the shade of our private beachfront porch with a good book, the gentle breeze and the sound of the ocean. The view is fantastic and allows you to enjoy both the sunrise AND sunset- the perfect beginning and ending of each day.

Had a Great time in Ed's condo, very clean and nicely furnished and close to everything at PCB ! Great View and Ed was very nice and easy to work with ! You will not be dissapointed if you stay here. We have just returned from a fabulous week in Florida. We loved the condo. It is exactly how it looks on the web site only better. It was the best experience we have ever had renting on vrbo. Ed was great to deal with. It was just so easy. The condo was stocked with lots of things that made it so nice. We will definitely return next year. It was absolutely the nicest condo we have ever rent. Just home from a weeks vacation and had to comment about our stay. Loved the convenience of the parking garage, Starbucks on site and the helpful doormen. We arrived over Labor Day weekend- the beach was full but when the crowds left on Monday, we had perfect mid 80's weather for the rest of the week. I feel like we made a great discovery- the crystal clear and warm Gulf water and clean, white beaches- mostly to ourselves and the timing was perfect. The condo is perfectly appointed - I forgot to take my hairdryer and was pleased to find one there for my use. You can't go wrong with this unit. We really appreciated the relatively lower floor of this unit (5th) - the views of the beach and sunsets were amazing. Thanks again - we can't wait to return!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My husband and I have returned home from our wonderful stay at Emerald Beach in Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. Staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The only bad part of our trip was leaving to come home! Even then, we were already discussing our return trip next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Our group included three adults and two teenagers and we were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. About the owner: This condo is our second home and is our only Florida property, so no generic management company here. We love Florida and all that it has to offer with wonderful beaches, great weather and great outdoor activities. We use our Condo regularly and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Emerald Beach is the best resort property in PCB with perfect BEACHSIDE location (no having to walk across a road to get to the beach). And our unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor for perfect views and convenient to the 3rd floor parking garage walkover. It is well above the dune line but you can still see the beach out the window. An on site Starbucks, gym, two heated pools with hot tubs and tiki bar are just a few of the resort amenities. You know you're getting the best as the property is meticulously maintained by Wyndham Resorts. It just doesn't get any better than this!
