Enjoy this quiet home just steps from the beach. Relax in the shaded backyard with privacy fence or large screened in backroom with table, chairs, and Cable TV. Convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom has a queen bed with it's own bath.
Sleeping accommodations are: Queen in master bedroom, double and two twins in other two bedrooms. Baby crib and two double air mattresses are available.
FEATURES: Fully furnished with linens, towels, dishes, cookware and utensils, coffee maker, central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and other small appliances. Washer and dryer in utility room. This unit comes with beach toys and beach chairs.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations :
Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM.
Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account . Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so within 15 days of booking date, his deposit shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
