  How could we say any more than what everyone else has said. We are just winding up our third year at Florette's home away from home, and looking forward to next year. We especially like the pool and the proximity to Clearwater Beach and many golf courses. The condo is soooo comfortable. All you need to enjoy your vacation away from home.   My wife and I have enjoyed this beautiful first floor condo in the month of March for the last two years. Everything is clean, well maintained, and upgraded. The condo has two lounge chairs in the living room as well as a pull-out queen sized bed, two flat screen TV's, comfortable queen size bed, large bathroom, walk-in closet, and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the private lanai watching the swaying palm trees around the beautiful pool. We had a 15 minute drive to the Phillies Spring Training games OR a 15 minute drive over to Clearwater Beach to catch the sunsets. We are already looking forward to our return in March 2014 for another awesome getaway!

  Recently returned home from our January month at your delightful condo. This was our second year with you and already looking forward to two months beginning January, 2014. Simply heaven away from home!! One of our most enjoyable stays ever. We love your condo so much, the condo itself with the wonderful furnishings (large screen TV, washer/dryer, comfortable and nicely furnished) and particularly steps away from the fabulous heated pool which we visited almost every day and the quiet peaceful atmosphere and friendly people. Minutes drive from Clearwater Beach and great restaurants. All around, just a spectacular time. Very much looking forward to next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home away from home!!

  This is the third year my husband and I have rented this beautiful condo. This year we found the addition of free wireless internet, new bedding and two extremely comfortable recliners. This unit overlooks the pool and is close to the workout room. There are numerous eating places nearby and shopping just across the street. The beach is just minutes away. Florettte, the owner, is always prompt in answering questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to have a memorable vacation.

  My family and I stayed here for one week right around the time Tropical Storm Debby dropped by. The apartment was the perfect size for our family - parents in the bedroom and child on the pull-out couch. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need, the pool and washer/dryer are very convenient, and Clearwater beach is just a short 10 min ride away. I would highly recommend this apartment for a week vacation for any couple or small family.

  Florette's condo is outstanding. The full kitchen is very useful, washer and dryer very convenient, super comfortable bed, hugh walk-in closet, CLOSE to pool!! We have already reserved for next March! Walking distance to great restaurants: Mugs and Georgie Boy. 3 miles to Clearwater Beach, 4 miles to Phillies stadium. We met lots of friendly people at the wonderful heated pool. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation there. Thank you, Florette!!

  We recently returned following a January stay at this property. Wow!!! Excellent heated pool which we used daily. Very well apppointed one bedroom condo unit perfectly suited for our needs. Easily accessible. Washer and dryer were a big plus, also cable TV and large screen TV in bedroom. Can't wait to return next year. Fabulous experience.

  Spacious condo with high ceilings and tasteful decorations. Everything needed for a month long stay was provided (dishes, towels, etc) Within the complex, it is the closest condo to the pool and gym - very convenient. Overall, very good value.

  We returned to this condo again this year for the month of March and enjoyed it even more. The condo is clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the pool, exercise room and laundry facilities. Several restaurants and the Publix grocery store are within walking distance. Florette (the owner) is very honest and friendly and good to deal with. And this year the weather was warmer than ever!

  John and I stayed in this Condo February 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the listing photo's accurate and the unit was very clean and well cared for. It was especially nice to walk across the street for groceries and other essentials. We loved it so much that we are planning to return next February. Thanks, Florette for always being there to answer all our questions and concerns.
