Florette's condo is outstanding. The full kitchen is very useful, washer and dryer very convenient, super comfortable bed, hugh walk-in closet, CLOSE to pool!! We have already reserved for next March! Walking distance to great restaurants: Mugs and Georgie Boy. 3 miles to Clearwater Beach, 4 miles to Phillies stadium. We met lots of friendly people at the wonderful heated pool. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation there. Thank you, Florette!!

We recently returned following a January stay at this property. Wow!!! Excellent heated pool which we used daily. Very well apppointed one bedroom condo unit perfectly suited for our needs. Easily accessible. Washer and dryer were a big plus, also cable TV and large screen TV in bedroom. Can't wait to return next year. Fabulous experience.

Spacious condo with high ceilings and tasteful decorations. Everything needed for a month long stay was provided (dishes, towels, etc) Within the complex, it is the closest condo to the pool and gym - very convenient. Overall, very good value.

We returned to this condo again this year for the month of March and enjoyed it even more. The condo is clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the pool, exercise room and laundry facilities. Several restaurants and the Publix grocery store are within walking distance. Florette (the owner) is very honest and friendly and good to deal with. And this year the weather was warmer than ever!

John and I stayed in this Condo February 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the listing photo's accurate and the unit was very clean and well cared for. It was especially nice to walk across the street for groceries and other essentials. We loved it so much that we are planning to return next February. This is a very nice condo. The description was very accurate regarding the location and the photo accurately reflected the appearance of the condo. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Great Place to live for young family on vacation

Our kids fell in love with the pool! I think they spent more time there than at clear water beaches... Florette's condo is well situated in complex, very secure and easily accessible. Parking was plentiful and campus quiet. It is a very well managed condominium. Rooms were well furnished and kitchen was practical. We enjoyed late night games as family and lazy morning breakfast on glass table. We will be back soon! thanks Florette!

Florette, this condo was great! Beautiful and beautifully decorated, very comfortable! I'm glad you responded to my request. We all fell in love with this condo and the pool. Great experience. Hi Florette, Just a note as we are about to leave your condo. We have no plans as of yet to return next March. Our next trip may be to a different country. We did enjoy your condo. Wow- this condo was more than I expected. Very clean, tastefully and elegantly decorated, ample space and pool area just simply relaxing. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone- The location is ideal and close to shopping, beach, and the airport too. The owner was very accomodating since we booked last minute. We are looking forward to coming back .

We stayed at this beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated condo Feb., 2009. It is much more beautiful than the photos on the website. It is also very well equipped and located on the first floor next to the work-out center and pool. We also enjoyed the lanai and the accessibility to retaurants, shopping, and gorgous Clearwater beach. There were many festivals e.g.; Blues, Greek, Dunedin Arts & Crafts, Strawberry. You will love the condo and your close proximity to Tampa and other towns and beaches. The owners were wonderful!

My husband and I stayed in this nice, spacious condo for the month of February 2008. We enjoyed the hugh heated pool almost every day. The condo is close to the pool, laundry and fitness centre at the complex. There is a shopping centre across the street with all the stores you need. The local bus goes right by the complex so if you don't have a car, no problem. There are good restaurants close by within walking distance. We will no doubt stay at this condo again sometime when in the area.

This is truly an exceptional condo , it has absolutely all the amenities needed , it is a wonderful resort style property with an amazing pool, beautiful view from the balcony . On top of all that , it's only minutes from beautiful Clearwater Beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone that likes to enjoy a relaxing coffee by the pool or to just sit out on the balcony . The condo is brand new , very clean and very tastefully decorated .

Myself and my mother had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for 1 week in June/07. It is very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Beautiful grounds & pool area. This condo is in an ideal, safe location, close to shopping, restaurants & beaches. I will stay here again when I travel with my husband and 2 small kids. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were so lucky to discover this wonderful condo in Clearwater. My husband stayed here for a month when we learned that we were moving to the Tampa Bay area. This unit is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has everything that you could possibly need. The owner was wonderful to work with us on very short notice. The complex is gated and we loved the pool and workout facility too. It is hard to rent sight unseen but this one is a keeper!
