Ground Level contains one bedroom with two single beds, a full bath and recreation room perfect for younger teens. Access to a screened in porch containing a hot tub that looks out over the private swimming pool. Wet bar, TV and foosball compliment the area.
Mid level contains three bedrooms with Queens, one bedroom with pyramid bunk bed and child's bed, and two full baths. Sitting area with wet bar, refrigerator and TV with video library. Access to front and rear decks leading to the lower level. Rear deck looks out over park area and private pool.
Top Level contains master suite with king bed and whirlpool tub. One half bath and large living area with gas fireplace, TV/DVD, wet bar and stereo. Dining area with high chair and kitchen with two refrigerators.
