Feel right at home in our welcoming condo at the 12 mile marker. Bristol Bay Condominiums are a relaxing place to spend your hard earned vacation time. This spacious condo offers parking right at the front door with NO STAIRS to climb to our front door!!
You will be located off of HH which is located half way between the newly renovated Bagnal Dam Strip and the Factory Outlet Village, featuring 110 unique shops. Restaurants nearby include, Li’l Rizzo’s, Lafata’s Deli, Ruthie D’s , Horny Toad, Jeremiah’s, and HK’s at Four Season’s just to name the one’s that are with in a mile or less! Shopping and entertainment for the whole family can be found in both the Factory Outlet Village and at the Bagnal Strip. Don’t forget golf! Two courses are located on HH with many other ones a very short drive away. Witches Cove is a Robert Trent Jones designed course and Season’s Ridge is a Ken Kavanaugh's design. If mini golf is your speed, play away! Many choices abound at Lake of the Ozarks!
This Condo is a three bedroom, two full bath which would accommodate two couples with total privacy. With over 1400 square feet, this fully furnished end unit is new from the ground up. The building was built in 2006 and all new furnishings purchased then. Very comfortable seating in the living room invites you to relax with the view, enjoy a fire on a cool night or enjoy a movie on the DVD. Newly installed high-speed internet connection for your computer. Entertaining and eating is easy with the kitchen, which overlooks the living room. Every baking utensil you have at home is supplied here. From popcorn and pizza to steaks on the gas grill, or anything in between is capable in this fully featured kitchen. Eat at the table, bar, or outside on the balcony, what ever your pleasure.
The master bedroom offers a full bath, king size bedroom and TV, while the second bedroom has a queen size and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms are across the hall from the second full bath.
A wall of glass extends across the living room and continues across the master bedroom showcasing the view of the lake and bay along with the 30-foot balcony. Eating outside on the screened in balcony is easy with the table and chairs provided. An exterior closet is also provided to keep your golf clubs out of the way.
If you bring your boat, we can provide a 12 ft. x 32 ft. covered slip for your boat or up to four pwc’s. Let us know in advance and for a minimal fee, we will have it ready for you or we will include it FREE with weekly stays!
When you check in, please use the "LakeSide Guide" we put together for you which will show you everything from how to use the DVD and TV, where to put your boat in to the best restaurants in the area. Whether you lounge by the pool or walk the lighted walkway along the lakeside, and you will find this non-smoking, no pet condo is the one for you.

All others dates....... $120/night - Shopping/Golf season, min stay, 2 nights.
Weekly stays will include the $85 cleaning FREE!
Less than weekly rental will be charged the $85 cleaning fee.
Lodging (3%) and Missouri tax (9.975%) must be added.
Mastercard/Visa or Checks are accepted
Security Deposit ($200) required upon booking, remainder due 10 day prior to stay.
Boat Slip FREE with weekly stays or $20 per day.
