Come and stay in our cozy, 1350 square foot cottage with maximum privacy and all amenities only 20 steps from Lake Cavanaugh on 92' no bank western exposure sandy beach. Enjoy a "drop-dead beautiful" lake and mountain view from the great room, eating area, deck and loft.
Knotty pine paneling throughout with a mounted buck over the sofa. Cozy greatroom orientated to the lake/mountain view and heated by a free standing woodstove with electric heat turned on from Seattle. Two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed & the second with two single beds separated by 3/4 bath on the main floor. Inside and outside access to fully carpeted loft with three single beds, a double futon and sofa--all with three skylights open to the view of the Lake.
Lake Cavanaugh is nestled in the North Cascades at 1000 feet. We look across the Lake to Frailey Mountain--3000 feet high. Three Fingers Peak frames the Lake. When it's 37 degrees and raining in Seattle, it's likely snowing at the Lake with logging roads for cross country skiing. Crushed gravel footpath from parking area and county road runs over a rushing creek (except in summer) & through 300' of old growth fir and cedar. Only 15 miles from the Freeway and 1 hour 20 minutes drive north of Seattle.

* A one night rental deposit confirms your reservation.
* Balance due 30 days before arrival.
* Check-in at 3 p.m. and Check-out at 10 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS: We hope it doesn't happen, but if it does....
* For refund of all payments except one night's rental, cancellation is required 30 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy.
* All rental deposits (except for damage & cleaning fees)are retained if reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date. If you are forced to cancel within 30 days of arrival and another party re-rents for some or all of your reserved time, we will reduce your forfeited deposits by the amount received on a pro rata basis. |
