  we have stayed at this beautiful cabin twice and hope to come back soon.. we mostly stayed at the cottage and fished which by he way we caught alot of fish.. the cottage is very clean and the owner is a friendly person willing to help you anyway possible she leaves a bag of ice ,a gallon of water , and a tin of cookies ..we took our hammock this trip and i naped for 2 hours under the tree..i have would suggest this cottage to anyone..thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful cottage.. the mulkeys

  We had a great time at the cottage. I took the pedal boat around the lake and caught several bass. Your neighbors are very friendly and accommodating. You have a very relaxing atmosphere here, and the symphony of frogs and crickets after sunset was great. We will be sure to return if you will have us.

  We've had a wonderful, relaxing week here. It didn't take long for our urban stress & concerns to disappear. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, trips around the lake in the pedal boat, fishing from the dock, scenic drives, & eating at Paesano's. All of the amenities of the cottage were greatly appreciated. We'd love to take the cottage & lake home with us! We truly enjoyed our stay!

  What a beautiful place. My father hooked his first fish of the trip in less then 5 minutes. We enjoyed setting out on the deck listening to the frogs in the evenings. We were blessed to be here during a full moon, the lake was great. The morning coffee goes great with the scenery & sounds of the birds. What a way to enjoy God's land.We were truly blessed to be here.

  A wonderful week of riding our bikes. You have lovely quiet roads,lovely people who are also courteous drivers and beautiful scenery. The weather was also perfect. We loved your cottage, the best way to relax after a hard days ride was out on the deck watching the lake. We really appreciated the pretty & comfortable furnishings. It's easy to see you take a lot of care to provide a welcoming enviornment. Thank you.

  Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at "Carefree Cottage".It's only our second stay, but it feels like home. We leave so relaxed. There's nothing like quiet time looking at Lake Becky, or staring into the fireplace. We had fun hiking the local waterfalls, golf in Cashiers, and the "Spring Jubilee" in Pendelton...and we look forward to our next return visit!

  Thank you so much for sharing this quiet, peaceful home of yours! The pedal boat was a real "hit" with the children! The adults enjoyed the quiet mornings watching the children and eating country ham bisquits. In the afternoons we went rafting. Thanks again, for the chance to share your little gem!

  Thank you for sharing your home with us! We were two couples with five kids and we all had a great time! All the boys were crazy about fishing off the dock and we made daily trips to enjoy the beautiful Oconee State Park. At least one of us has already cried because we have to leave today! This is a lovely cottage!
