My family and I enjoyed our visit over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was very clean, spacious, and the owner was prompt, professional, and courteous. In addition, the resort is perfect for the family...there's no need to leave the resort unless it's time to go home. We look forward to another visit this summer. Save yourself time and just go ahead and book this unit! If you need more room, the same owner has a 2.5BR unit at the same resort. Thanks, Vycki!

Our visit to Panama City Beach was our first family vacation in over three years and was much needed!! Vycki's condo was wonderful! She was easy to deal with and prompt with her responses. When we arrived, the toilet seat in the bath was broken and I called her and she had someone out to fix it right away. The condo is very nicely decorated and with nice quality furnishings, not someone's mixed up unmatched leftovers. We arrived several hours earlier than check in and Vycki allowed us into the condo earlier than the check in time at no extra charge. This was wonderful given we had driven all night to get there and were exhausted! There was only one drawback on our trip-which was not Vycki's fault at all, but very frustrating. They were pumping fresh sand onto the beach near the resort and worked through the night everly night. It wasn't the greatest scenery, and by the end of our trip, the beach in front of the resort was closed. We had to make alternative plans and ended up going to Shell Island which ended up being BEAUTIFUL!! It is a definite stop if you will be in PCB! We are hoping to head back down there for fall break again this year and if we do, we will be renting this condo from Vycki again!!

4th of July week trip

We really liked our visit to Splash and this condo in particular. The decor was so cute.I thought it was even cuter then the pictures show it to be.The cleaning crew does a better job at this condo then the other 2 I have stayed at. I loved having crushed ice in the door of the refrigerator. My 2 year old granddaughter loved all the pools. She even sat on the edge of the hot tub and was mesmerized by the bucket that constantly fills and dumps in the childrens pool. If you are a morning person you will find the pool area almost empty until about 10am. Vycki was prompt to answer all our questions and very fast to return the deposit I sent her. I will definitely consider renting from her again. The only down side I found to Splash is that in a one bedroom the bedroom is next to the walkway and the noise of people running and talking loud on the walkway carries into the room. IF you have a light sleeper in the group this can be a problem but Splash is well worth a trip. Next time I will get a two bedroom.

Relaxing and Restful and Convenient

This was such a great place to stay. My mom and I took my two children ages 12 and 4 and my nephew age 6 and other than going to breakfast for my daughter's 12th birthday, we never left the property. A Dollar General is a couple blocks from here and also a grocery store is just up the road. The malls were great!! Again the toddler pools and lazy pools were the bum.. the "dive in" movie and smores were priceless! Everything was GREAT!!! Vyckie is an excellent owner to rent from. There is a journal in the condo and the comments in there were so inspirational. What are you waiting on Book IT NOW!

Fantastic View....Terrible lasting impression

The condo, for the most part, was very nice and clean. (bring your own salt and pepper, no biggie, just the first time not being in a well-stocked kitchen in the places that we have previously stayed) There were just a couple of things about the condo that were disappointing. We could not get the balcony door to lock, that was unsettling. The other thing was the sofa bed. I would not count on that to sleep on. The kids slept on it. I guess kids get so tired they could sleep standing up. The mattress was so thin, you could feel the springs, it was terribly uncomfortable. My mother reluctanctly slept on the bunk bed. I agree with an earlier comment about the outside noise. This condo is very close to the elevator and has a lot of foot traffic. The most troubling experience happened 5 DAYS after returning home. The next weekend, I received a call from a very irrate Vycki ACCUSING me of having a pet in the room during our stay. She went on to say that the present guests were complaining of fleas and pet hair. I expected more a professional approach from a businesswomen. I explained to her that we don't own a pet nor had we had a pet in the room while we were there. She absolutely ruined my weekend. She did not know me but she questioned my integrity. She went on to tell me that I would forfeit my security deposit. I felt so helpless. I could only tell her that I didn't know what she was talking about, there HAD to be a mistake. She called an exterminator to go out to the property...where he found NO sign of fleas or pet hair. After receiving this information from the exterminator, she returned my security deposit. I would NEVER put myself in a predicament like that again. She should have checked the story before falsely accusing me of wrongdoing, it was easy enough to get the truth from the exterminator, I should not have been involved in this drama.

I take great pride in the condition of my units and go to great lengths to have clean, well maintain properties. I give excellent customer service and will continue to do so. I wanted to take the time to say that we stayed in this unit for my birthday with our two children and loved everything about it. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a great balcony view. It was also extremely convenient since you step out of the elevator and you are right at the door! Vycki was great to rent from and, as promised, refunded our deposit within the first two weeks of departure! We would highly recommend this unit to any family who would love a trip to PCB full of fun and excitement!

Our family had a lovely time in this condo at Splash! Having the beach chairs included was wonderful! The condo was lovely and well supplied. We all loved the different Splash pools and Lazy River. The shaded zero depth area was fabulous for our 18 month old! Our vacation was fantastic and we hope to return again!

We just returned from our stay and had one of our most memorable vacations ever. The condo was perfect and the resort was amazing. We had no issues with the elevators or finding luggage carts. The view from the balcony was breath taking. I absolutely cannot wait to go back and I will most definitely book this same condo again! The mini waterpark on site was like icing on the cake for my kids.

My family and I stayed in this great condo March 16-19,2010. The amenities were great and the location was one that was awesome for the kids. The condo is in great condition and faces the ocean. I am very glad that we vacationed here. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs and I like the code door entry versus a key (nothing to lose). I stayed one night in Majestic Beach and I can say 100% that Splash is better!

Owner response:Please note that the Majestic condo that this customer stayed in for one night was not one of mine. My units are all kept to the same standard as the one she stayed in at Splash and enjoyed so much.

Our Winter Getaway

We loved our five week stay at Panama City Beach. This was our first visit to this area. Our stay in this unit at Splash from Feb 1st until March 10, 2010 couldnt have been better except for the weather. We enjoyed the area restraunts & shopping at Pier Park. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was truly cool!! We will definetly return and stay in this same unit again.

We stayed the week of the 4th. Room and resort were great. Pools were full but not overcrowded. A definite plus was the reserved beach chairs. Everything about this resort was great, the only down side being that one of the two elevators was broken over 50% of the time. We enjoyed the stay so much we are in the process of purchasing our own unit.

WOW!! What a beautiful condo! My family enjoyed the week so much, we can't wait to go back. The entire resort is fantastic for families. It is decorated so nice, and is set up for complete convenience. I can say enough to describe how nice it is. Thanks Vycki for allowing my family to enjoy your condo!! We needed a vacation from "reality" which is my husband having brain cancer. My children smiled more while we were there , than they have since their daddy has been sick. Thanks!!
