Porches off the master bedroom and family room offer beautiful views of the ocean and the beach. Also includes an enclosed single car garage. Beds include: Queen (master), Queen (guest room 1), and twin over full bunk-beds (guest room 2). All Bedrooms have private bathroom and TV. Master has view of gulf and beach. Pack N Play, baby gate, and stroller provided.
Unit is at 31st street in Mexico Beach. You can see the pier from the porches. Panama City is 25 miles to the west, Port St. Joe is 10 miles to the east, and historic Apalachicola is 30 miles to the east. Come and visit the forgotten coast and you will not want to leave.

We loved Mexico Beach and the forgotten coast of Florida. Family owned businesses provide an old Florida look and feel. We bought this place because of the gulf views and the closeness to restaurants and shopping. It is a second home to us, we love being in Mexico Beach.

This was our first stay at the Tradewinds. The location is great! We visited both restuarants that are directly across the street and would certainly recommend them. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked to fit all your needs. The condo was very clean. It was great to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The beach is within walking distance and there are great views of the gulf from both decks. I would highly recommend this condo. We would love to return!

I and four of my girlfriends had a great time during our stay. The house was great, plenty of room, and furnished very nicely. The beach was very close by and beautiful. Would certainly like to come back.

This was our second time visiting here. The location is perfect. Walk across the street to restaurants or shopping. Great gulf views from balcony. The condo is clean spacious and well equiped with lovely decor. Bathrooms with each bedroom is especially nice. Will definTely come back.

We have stayed at Tradewinds several times. It is decorated so cute! It is always clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. It is a joy to go there and relax. My kids refer to Mexico Beach as "THE" beach and Tradewinds as "OUR" beach home! We love it there! It is a quiet stretch of beach with nice restaurants around. Another thing to mention about the stretch of beach near Tradewinds is that you really don't notice high tide and low tide as other beaches. It is always swimmable and pleasant no matter what the tide.

I've never felt so at home in a vacation place. All those little things you need to run to the strore for are already there. The house is beautiful and the furniture is so comfortable. We were surprised by all the great shells on the beach, felt like the Atlantic. We loved the community, all the mom and pop restaurants and shops. We never felt the need to run over to Panama. Great shrimp sold at Shell Shack and found some awesome (and very inexpensive) oysters and lobster tails over in Port St. Joe. The Pizza Place across the street was real good too. I highly recommend this place to stay in if you're ready to get away from it all!!!!!
