The house has a beautiful front porch with a swing perfect for enjoying views of the Gulf and Eastern Green. It features two West Indies style sleeping porches with shuttered privacy and cool breezes, one of which is furnished with a hanging bed. The private fenced courtyard includes a hammock, grill and outdoor shower.

The interior is elegantly furnished with rich Mahogany woodwork throughout and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Travertine tile baths and luxury bedding.

It is immediately south of the signature Coquina Pool with infinity edge and is also situated overlooking the eastern green leaving you just steps from the beach!

1st Floor Layout:
Living room, kitchen & dining room, bedroom with daybed and trundle (can convert to a queen), full bathroom is attached to bedroom and has hall access.

2nd Floor Layout:
Rear sleeping porch with hanging bed, bedroom with two twin beds, queen bedroom with full bathroom attached (also has hall access), master bedroom with king bed and private full bathroom attached (double sink & vanity), front sleeping porch is accessed through the master bedroom.

  • My family had a fantastic vacation in Rosemary Beach, and the DePalma House played a big part in its success. There were so many things to like about the home. Since we have young children, we couldn't have picked a better location. It's situated directly next door to our favorite RB pool, so when our youngest children had to go down for a nap, the parent that stayed home with them never felt very away from the action. The house is also located one house down from the Eastern Green where many hours were spent playing football and running around until dark with their newly made friends. It was great that they could play so close to the house. The beach is directly beyond the green, providing easy access to all it has to offer, especially the view from the house and the beautiful sunsets. My family loved that the house had a backyard, which is gated, protecting the children from wandering away (which also kept them from terrorizing the other vacationing families). They loved the hammock there, making fun chalk drawings on the stone patio then spraying them off with the water hose, and the novelty of the outdoor shower. There was much to like about the house itself. It's tastefully decorated and stocked with items to help entertain a family on a rainy afternoon or for relaxing after an exciting day. Everyone loved the swinging bed on the rear porch and the surround sound system connected to the televisions. The only challenge we had in the house was that the main stairwell is very steep. Our 2-year old set of twins have trouble on our steps at home, so we just kept the kids away from them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DePalma House. We plan on going back.

  • I've been staying in Rosemary Beach for about 7yrs, and this is one of the best houses I've stayed in. I believe this is one of the very best locations you could want. The house is directly next to the Coquina Pool, which is the best pool in Rosemary Beach. The pool is very large and it's heated, which is of course great for cooler months. You walk out the back door, walk about 15 feet, and you are at the pool. This is extememly convenient, particularly when you have kids with you. The "green" areas of Rosemary are also wonderful. Perfectly manicured grass which is perfect for throwing a frisbee, or playing kickball, or just laying around. Walk out the front door of this house, turn left, walk past one house, and you are there. Again, very convenient. This is also where you have direct access to the beach. I could go on and on, but rest assured you will very much enjoy this house and it's perfect location.
