A fifteenth century fireplace, huge oak beams, stone walls, antique furnishings and even a real loop-hole in the bathroom, are reminders of the home's history, while a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and spacious baths are true 21st century amenities. These guarantee a very pleasant stay.

The house overlooks the village commons ("La place du village") on its West side and opens on a shady lawn and a very sunny garden, with a view of the peaceful country side and river below on its southern side.

The church bells will help you keep track of time, as you relax under the huge walnut tree or as you walk through the village, discovering some of its narrow streets and interesting sites.

The house is rated four stars **** in the category "Meublé de tourisme " according to the National Office of Tourism which is a guarantee of high quality accommodations.
