The Wellington is a very nicely appointed 9-floor condo, in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. Some say that the Wellington has the best beach and the best view in all of North Myrtle Beach. This unit is on the ninth floor and is highlighted by a full balcony, accessing both the master bedroom and the living room. From the kitchen you can watch the ocean. There are great views both to the north and to the south.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Each bedroom has a separate TV and VCRs and DVD players are available. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for your use, if needed. Linens are furnished for all renters and departure cleaning is also provided.

The unit has free high speed and wireless internet service and free long distance telephone service available. Direct access to the Wellington's pool and hot tub are also present and the ocean is directly in front of the building. There is both on-site and off-site parking available for you and your guests.

There are over 100 golf courses and 1000 restaurants up and down the Grand Strand area. There is also family entertainment, shows and shopping nearby. Barefoot Landing in only minutes away. This condo is very nicely furnished and decorated with a personal touch, we know you will appreciate.
