Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores 8/27-9/3/11 in the 10th floor 4-bed condo. Unfortunately, due to Irene we arrived a day late, but made an eventful trip! Damian had far superior customer service than any other rental agencies we have used in the past. I would totally trust him with this or any other rental in the future. Everything was as described and all furnishings well taken care of. He kept in touch even after he lost his own power in NJ to confirm we had gotten in okay and all was well. Very impressive. Probably one of the cleanest condos we've stayed at. Nice towels and sheets as well. The corner unit gives extra light into the bedrooms so the cave feel isn't a factor. The kitchen has plenty of plates & utensils. Although we did have to get our extra pair of scissors out as we could not locate within the condo. My husband cannot stop speaking about the new huge tv & sound system. (I'm afraid it is going to cost me later...) Good cable channels and dvd players throughout. The beach is HUGE at low tide. The crowd definitely got thicker at the eve of the Labor Day weekend, but the rest of the stay was just right. We were fortunate and could find parking under the building every day. Only had to park across the street once when coming home late. Very quiet condo! The Labor Day Party was in full blast directly above us but we had no idea until we went out on the balcony and heard singing. Inside the condo was quiet as a mouse. Highly highly recommended.

My stay on the 9th floor of the Ashworth Condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo itself is so exceptional, clean, well stocked kitchen, and overall very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable & the decor is rich and comfortable at the same time. There are TV's in every room, as well as a comfortable common area. You can't ask for a better location, right on the beach yet close to all area attractions. Main street just a block away with great places to eat & drink, great atmosphere!!! My family and I plan to make this a regular get away!!! It really is a home away from home while giving you the feel that you are somewhere exotic!!!

My family & friends had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, clean & quiet (end unit). The view was spectacular (15th floor). Location was family friendly with lots of good restaurants, activities & shopping nearby. Beach was well kept, offering chairs & umbrellas to rent if you didn't bring them. The owner was so easy to deal with and very responsive & patient as we were trying to decide which condo to rent since we weren't familiar with the area. If you love animals, be sure to check out the T.I.G.E.R Station at Barefoot Landing & 50 acre Preserve (just past the airport). It's an experience you'll never forget, feeding a bottle to a baby lion, holding young tigers & lions, feeding the elephants & much more! There's a great Italian restaurant, Benny Rappa's Trattoria, just a few blocks away on Hwy 17, between 15th & 14th ave. The menu changes daily. It's a small place so get reservations. we ate dinner there twice. Lots of locals eat there. I heard someone ordering spaghetti sauce, meatballs, italian sausage for the next day. Keep in mind if you want to eat in the condo. Manny's is a good NY style sandwich place for lunch in South Mrytle if you plan to head to the outlets. My teenager enjoyed the waterpark in South Mrytle - go when they open so you can get lots of rides before the crowd arrives. THere's a Kroger's about 2 miles north - very clean & offer courtesy discount passes. In summary we have a great time & would highly recommend this property!
Owner response:C.E. Thanks for the great review. We will have to try out the TIGER preserve. We have seen the display at Barefoot but never gone to the Preserve itself. Sounds like fun. Benny Rappa's is a good place to go we enjoyed it the last time we went... it is small and popular. There are so many places to shop. Krogers is great, make sure you get a customer card at customer services so you can save on your purchases. There is a super walmart on Second Street for just about everything else you could need. For our guests that are staying longer or coming from the south there is a Costco and Sams Club near the Myrtle Beach Airport. If you like a cocktail on the balcony we usually bring our own. That way you have what you want when you get there and save a small fortune over going out. Is the Water Park Myrtle Waves? The parents can go to Broadway at the Beach while the kids play at the park. We hope to see you again next year if you decide to come back to North Myrtle Beach. If you are ever looking for different locations we also have a luxury condo in Galveston Property 227445 (Beyonce's family owns the Penthouse but we have never seen her there....yet), and a three bedroom/three bath in Ko Olina Hawaii Next to the New Disney Aulani (Disney Opens in August 2011) for a really and special trip. Property 227444. When planning any trips to these areas give me a call and I would be more than happy to help. Thanks again for mentioning places to stay. Our other guests find it very helpful. All the Best, Damian & Anna Marie

Our family of 9 rented from June 4th -11th and had a fabulous time. Everything went very smoothly and the owner Damian is a pleasure to work with and very timely and proffesional. We had every age group from toddler, grammar school, teenagers and college. Everyone loved it and are already looking forward to a return visit. The 15th floor has spectacular views also. The condo is bvery roomy & well equipped as we did cook some breakfast and lunches with no problems or missing kitchen ware. The pictures are all current and the place was very clean. Having a washer and dryer is extremely hekpfull with the kids and the beach. There was a good selection of video movies and books which we didn' use but nice that it was there. We were very glad we rented in the North Myrtle Beach area very good location for us not to busy or noisy. Very family oriented complex. Great time was had by all. Thanks Damian. Kim Reicher & family

My family and I come to this property every year. This was our 3rd year and we have already booked it for 2012 already. My mother and her two sisters along with their husbands and my wife and I and my brother in-law had a ball. The owners of this property takes such good care of the place that it is hard to go anywhere else on vacation. The location is great the place is great. If you are looking for a nice vacation and great place to stay, this is one of them. Like I said we come every year and hate to leave. The condo is in excellent condition and my family can't say anything bad about this at all. We LOVE it!!
Owner response:We are very happy to have become part of your family tradition and vacations. I hope that you liked the improvements we made this year in new matresses, new living room sofa and love seat...and I know they guys probably appreciated the new 55 inch flat screen HD TV. Looking forward to having you as our guests again next year and maybe we will even be down there. all the best, Damian

Stayed in this unit a little over a month ago (girls weekend). We had a wonderful time -- The unit is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need and there was more than enough space. Loved the balcony. We actually had the opportunity to meet Damien during our stay (a really nice guy). We would definitely contact him the next time we visit.
Owner response:It was a pleasure meeting you and your friends. I am glad you enjoyed our Crescent Shores 1512. It is a great get away almost any time of year in NMB. When you went was a good time since there are no crowds but everything is open, actually everything is open all year round. Thanks for the wine and the pomegrante liquor! We look forward to having you as our guests in the future. You are welcome to try any of our other condos in North Myrtle Beach or when you are ready for a big trip....our Hawaii condo. We had an amazing visit. The unit is ocean front and the balcony overlooks the pool and beach. It was great that the older kids could stay at the pool and the adults could see them from our room. It had everything we needed for 9 kids and 4 adults. Excellent location and very family-friendly. The owner was quickly available by phone and was extremely accomodating and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to do what was needed to make our trip above and beyond satisfactory. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach.
Owner response:Courtney, We are very happy everything worked out great. Ashworth is a great property and great location. We try to respond quickly and help out our guests especially if they are not familiar with renting from owners or not familiar with the property/resorts. We hope to see you soon...and maybe try out our other NMB, Hawaii or Galveston beach properties. We will be down there next week ourselves to make sure everything is ready for the upcoming summer season. All the Best, Damian

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained and in a good location. It was right on the beach which was very convenient. Two families shared this condo comfortably. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we would definitely stay here again.
Owner response:Becky, Happy to hear thing were good for your stay in 1006. We just returned yesterday and made some changes. We put in a new sofa and love seat, Put in new mattresses on both king beds (one being the master bedroom), and put in a new 55 inch flat screen in the main area. We had the floors steam cleaned and the entire condo deep cleaned. We will probably go through the cleaning again at the end of the season and it should be ready if you decide to return. We did the deep cleaning/and tile floor steam clean on both our other condos as well. Hope to see you again All the Best, Damian

This has been the second year that we have rented from Damian Ameen. WOW! This place has been great. Damian is pleasant, honest, quick to respond to emails and calls, and concerned about our stay being the best it can be. His description of the condo is everything he said and then some. Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, current upgrades and the best hot tub ever, plus several pools just begin to describe this place. The location is close to many tourist attractions, a large variety of dining choices, outlet malls and flea markets. If this place is available when you need it, there is no need to look any further. It has been wonderful and a real treat to stay in such a nice place!
Owner response:Elizabeth, We are always happy to hear that you enjoyed your at our Ashworth condo. It is always a pleasure to work with you and hear from you. Ashworth is a great place and the owners and management company are always looking for ways to improve it and make it better. All the best, Damian

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores in North Myrtle Beach. The weather was beautiful. Our four bedroom unit was very spacious with lots of room to enjoy each others company and find space to be alone. It was easy to visit other sites in and around NMB. We spent the day in Georgetown and watch the filming of "The Cape" which was very exciting and took a trolley around the town. We look forward to our return...perhaps next year.
Owner response:Looking forward to having you as our guests again. We just returned ourselves from doing our annual check up and deep cleaning of each of our condos. Replacing pillows, moving appliances, putting in new pots/pans, replacing glasses, putting in new lightbulbs, cleaning off the balconys and making sure everything works so that we well be ready for next year.

If you are looking for a great condo with lots of space and amenities, then look no further. We had two sets of grandparents and one family all with enough space to function without getting into each others hair. The huge balcony even could accommodate everyone. The kids could watch tv or play video games in the back bedrooms without disturbing the people watching tv in the main living area. It was so easy to check in right in the building and Damian was very easy to work with. It was stocked with everything you might need, Thank you for having us at your great place!!!
Owner response:Deanna, We are glad everything worked out and you had plenty of room at our Crescent Shores Unit. The size is one of the reasons we love the place. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their space...something nice when there is a large group...or even when it is not so large. The kids can have their time and you get a break. We always have meals together so it is nice that everyone can sit together. Hope to see you in the future. Damian

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at the Crescent Shores. The unit was well maintained, very spacious and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen since most meals were eaten in; also the grills because we love fresh grilled seafood. Some of us enjoyed golf, others putt putt golf but primarily we went to NMB to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and surf in this desirable area of the Strand. I found Mr. Ameen to be very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with and would consider renting from him again.
Owner response:Mary Ann, Thanks for being our guests. We are glad you enjoyed our condo. We were down for a little bit to freshen them up and give them some TLC...it never ends. There is so much to do down there yet we find ourselves just relaxing on the beach and enjoying our own balcony. Let us know when you are ready to come down again. All the best, Damian

We have been Traveling to North Myrtle Beach for 6 years. This year we stayed at Crescent Shores. It was super nice. The location is beachfront, a little restaurant/bar is right next to it and a beach store across the street. Our condo was huge. We stayed on an end unit with lots of windows and tons of light. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners that we rented from were friendly and very helpful. Everything worked out well. Prior to booking with them I had a bad experience with a previous owner who had overbooked our place and then I found this place and the owners were great. I had no worries. I plan on going back next year and would recommend to anyone. It was a fantastic experience all the way around. Kelly
Owner response:Thanks Kelly I am glad that things worked out with our condo! All our condos are end units since we love to have the light as well. Let us know when you are ready to re-book. thanks for being our guests, Damian

This is a great condo. It truly does look exactly like the pictures on the internet, the owners are excellent to work with, very nice people. I feel like they are my friends and I've never even seen them. The condo has everything you need for a great stay, kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, tv in every bedroom, they even suppy boogie boards to ride the waves. The balcony was faboulous, we had a full size dinning table for 6 and a bistro table for 2. The view is awsome! This is one of the few condos on the North Myrtle Beach grand strand that has a restaurant right next door and an ice cream shop a half block away. It's a perfect location. This condo is on a quiet part of the beach, we felt totally safe letting our young teens walk the beach at night, we could see them from the balcony and there were no loud bars in the area we had to worry about. This is a great place for families. If we go back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely stay at this condo. And if we go anywhere else I will contact these owners to see if they have property wherever we want to go.

This property was even better that you saw online. The owners are fabulous to work with and make it very nice to work with. The kitchen is wonderful and is loaded with all you need for your stay. The decor was beautiful and made you feel like you were at home. It is close to many things if you want to go out and about. It is wonderful to just hang out on the balcony and read with the ocean looking at you. I reccommend this condo and will go back myself. This is one of the best vavactions that we have taken, OUTSTANDING!
Owner response:Lisa, It was great working with you. Anna tries to stock the kitchens as best we can, not an easy task. Every year we need a full load of stemware...and believe it or not pots and pans! Where do they go? We hate going somewhere only to find one pot and a few dishes. So we try and make sure everything is there. Let us know when you are ready for another trip. I know Anna is trying for a fall girls getaway now that things have slowed down...and some of my friends are looking for a golf outting...I guess I will have to learn to play golf quickly. All the best, Damian

We spent a week on the beach at the Ashworth (901) in late July and had a great time. The unit was in good condition and being right on the beach was great. Everything was as advertised. We had absolutely no problems dealing with the owner and the small maintenance issue we had was dealt with within one day. Also, the security deposit was returned to me very quickly.

We just returned from this unit in Myrtle Beach with our family of twelve. We had a great stay. The unit had enough space for our family and was clean upon arrival. It is also oceanfront which was important for us to walk out on the balcony and overlook the beach. Damian was extremely easy and helpful to deal with in terms of making the reservation and payment. The check-in was smooth and our family had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED WITH OUR FRIENDS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR RENTING CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. PARASAILING RENTAL ALSO. THE CONDO WAS LARGE ENOUGH FOR OUR GROUP AND WE NEVER FELT LIKE WE WERE IN EACH OTHERS WAY. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY HAD TO BE THE BEST PART OF THE CONDO, FROM THE 15TH FLOOR YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING. CRESENT SHORES WAS VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH CHECKING IN AND OUT AND DAMEEN THE OWNER WAS A PLEASURE TO RENT FROM. I WOULD RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

We stayed at 901 Ashworth and had a great week. There was something for everyone, and all within walking distance. The teens enjoyed the lazy river, the arcade, (just a couple of blocks away), golf, and of course, the ocean. Shops, and some small, quaint resturants are just a 5 minute walk away. The condo looked like it had just recently been repainted, and the decor is all nicely done. The 4 bedrooms allowed us all the space and privacy needed and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals right there where we could look out the sliding doors at the big beautiful ocean. Owner, Damian was always pleasant to speak with and prompt in getting in touch with us.
Owner response:We can agree more...the location is perfect. We love staying there ourselves when we can. Like you we end up eating in many nights since we feel you just can not beat the view. By the time you wait to be seated at a restaurant ...if you are a big group with kids it can be a challenge. The pizza at Georgio's is not bad either if you want to send the kids out and then have an adult night out! Hope to see you again in the near future. Damian

We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo furnished well and enjoyed the great views. We did have a shower head that was not working properly but informed the office and someone came to install a new shower head that same day. We had 11 people and they had more than enough room to store everyones clothes. Also, because we did have so many people we ate all our breakfast's, most lunches and dinner 4 nights at the condo and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed including a crock pot. Thank you so much for that. They also had plenty of storage containers to put the leftover food in the refrigerator. Mr. Ameen was very tentative to my questions and concerns before booking the condo and was equally tentative afterwards. Will not hesitate to book with him in the future if my travels take me back to Myrtle Beach or somewhere else he has a condo to rent.

We just got back from a week's stay at Crescent Shores 1512. It was very nice and the reasonably priced! The view was excellent. The condo was well-maintained, and very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for two families of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lazy river, and we enjoyed the beach every day! Thanks Damian for your help in renting the condo and for responding to my emails quickly. You have been a joy to work with! Thanks again! Maybe we will be back next year!

There are not enough words to describe our experience at Crescent Shores. The location was great, the view was fantastic, and the unit was excellent. The owners made the experience all that more pleasurable. There wasn't a single complication along the way. There was the right amount of room, considering the size of our family that stayed with us. I could not have asked for a better time!

Had a great time. We've stayed in different condos in Crestcent Shores, North Myrtle Beach for the last 5 years. This past October 2009 we rented this unit and were very pleased. Beautifully decorated, it had a nice Hawian theme to it. I love to cook and found the Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beautiful patio set outside on the balcony as we love to have our meals outdoors overlooking the ocean. It was very clean and well kept up. Damian, the owner is very easy to deal with. Lots of activities to do there and in the surrounding areas. There's golf and of course mine and my daughters favorite Shopping! Great restaurants and shows nearby which we really enjoyed. The beach is wonderful too. Many days were spent just relaxing on the beach with family and friends. Lots of long, long walks on the beach. I would highly recommend Crestcent Shores to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing vacation. We will definitely rent this unit again as it was one of the nicest ones we stayed in.

We had a great extended Labor Day weekend at this condo with two of my children, grandson, new granddaughter and brand new grandson and granddaughter twins. We also were able to bring great grandparents! Everything was as described to us and we had everything we needed for a great holiday! My grandson loved the pool and lazy river and walking to the rides. I loved the space with my family and the fact we were not crowded. The condo was decorated and kept in very good condition. We were very close to shopping, restaurants, and putt-putt, anything we wanted to do. I would love to stay here again.
Owner response:Wanda...Thank you and we are glad you enjoyed the place. Ashworth 901 is in a great location, being close to the carnival is a plus when you have kids. Just let us know when you want to stay again. Damian

I've rented many places on-line but this is the first where the condo lived upto the photos and exceeded my expectations. The owner truely treats this as though it was his own and is concerned about meeting the expectations of the tennants. It was centrally located with an Irish pub, Beachware shop and Ice cream/fast food parlor right next door. There is also a miniture golf course within walking distance and you can go parasailing and ride a bananna boat right in front of the condo. We will definately stay here again!

We stayed in #1006 Crescent Shores on August 15-22 2009 and it was perfect for our family! It looked just like the pictures on the site. The view from the balcony was fabulous! The place was VERY clean, it felt very much like home. It was decorated nicely and the best thing was that it was very well stocked in the kitchen with everything that u could possibly need! We had plenty of towels and washcloths to go around, usually when we vacation, there seems to be a shortage of those, but not here. And also, they have a closet outside full of boogie boards, beach chairs, sand buckets and floaties that people have donated to the place! we had brought our own but never even had to get them out of the car! This is a great place to stay, and you can tell that the owners really take care of it. This place is located in a really nice section! Running to get a gallon of milk, just in walking distance. Souvenir shopping was in walking distance. We cooked in alot and found that Super Walmart and Kroger were right down the road! Just a perfect location! Thanks for sharing your place with us, and we will be back!
Owner response:I am glad that you enjoyed! we look forward to seeing you again! Safe travels. Damian

This condo is beautifully decorated and clean throughout. It is spacious and well equipped. The view is fabulous. It is an end condo and you can see the beach from both windows in the living room. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs available for guest use. The location on North Myrtle beach is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. There are several quaint restaurants and bars within walking distance on Main Street. The pools were clean and well-maintained with lots of lounge chairs for those who do not want to brave the ocean. The beach is wide and well-maintained as well and there was a life guard on duty when we visited.

The owner of this property was very helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. The condo matches the pictures and was what we expected. The amount we paid for a week was a fair price.

My family and I stayed in the unit at the ashworth. We had a great time, it was very relaxing and fun for the whole family. The unit was very nice, and spacious. We enjoyed being right on the beach. loved the tv's in every room. If I had to say anything negitive, it would be that the unit needs new out door furniture. The Ashworth was very nice and well maintained.

My family and I stayed in unit 1006 at Crescent Shores, 9 people in total were all very happy with our first visit to Myrtle Beach. We found the property to be better than the photo's listed. between the lazy river, pools, hot tubs and of course the ocean the days where spent close to the condo, and evenings where spent taking short trips to nearby attractions and restaurants. The beach was expansive and never too crowded in this area. The staff at check in were kind and friendly. The unit had plenty of room we never felt crowded or hurried. Normally after 7 days away from home I look forward to getting back but I can honestly say I was not ready to leave and would have liked to extend my stay another week. I was leery of the whole VRBO system but found the owner of this unit to be very easy and trustworthy to do business with and I would not hesitate to deal with him in the future.

This unit was just as described. We had no complaints other than the cleaning service had to be called in again. No fault of the owner. We paid a fair and honest price for this condo for a week. The owner was very cordial and pleasant to do business with. I recommend this unit.
Owner response:Sorry about the cleaning...During peak busy times when the cleaners are turning over many condos things do not always get done the way that they should. They will come back though and try and take care of any issues. Thank you for being our guests.

My family and I had a great time at North Myrtle Beach. The Crescent Shores condo is terrific, truly a home away from home. I would recommend staying here to anyone interested. North Myrtle offers plenty to do day and night. We played a couple of rounds of golf during our stay. There is local shopping outlets and tons of selection for food.

We stayed at 901 Ashworth and had a terrific time. North Myrtle has much more of a family atmosphere than Myrtle which we enjoyed! Still fun enough for our teenager while calm enough for the rest of us! BBQ area at Ashworth was the best I've seen. Owners were pleasant, honest and helpful. Would definately rent from them in the future.

The condo was in EXCELLENT CONDITION the furniture was first class as well the stay was just EXCELLENT. I would HIGHLY recommend this Condo and to anyone who wants to have an Elegant Vacation in North Myrtle Beach, SC. I have already told the owners that we are going to make this an annual event and believe me we have already booked this condo for next year. My wife and I really loved this place and this was the first time that we have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and we just love it.

We spent a week at the Crescent Shores Condo room 1006. This condo is fantastic, it is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the upgrades and there is no lack for entertaining and/or preparing meals. The atmosphere is so relaxing when you leave you can't wait to return and enjoy sitting on the extra large balcony listening to the ocean waves until the early morning hours. The 10th floor is an ideal height for seeing the views and the elevators are in close range. The location of the condo is great for quick excess to all activities, shops, and restaurants. Barefoot Landing is our favorite shopping place. This condo is home away from home. We were fortunate to have met the owners, they are nice, friendly and down to earth people. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a dream come true for us. Hopefully, we will return in the future.
Owner response:It was a pleasure meeting you as well. Thank you for taking such good care of our place! We are always happy to hear when someone enjoys the condo. Let us know about next year. All the Best Damian and Anna Marie

Our room at the Ashworth was beautiful and definitely met, if not exceeded our expectations. I go on a girls beach trip twice a year, and all 6 of us were very pleased with the room, the hotel itself and the location. It is within walking distance of a Wings store, 3 super fun bars, and a few restaurants. Once we arrived, the cars didn't move until we left. Damien (the condo owner) was also great to work with and we will definitely be booking again!
