This two bedroom condominium, located in the beautiful Sea Colony community will make the perfect summer vacation getaway for you and your family. After a long day at the beach come back and take advantage of the spacious deck.
The unit is located close to one of the many outdoor pools and is an end unit. While staying at Sea Colony relax and enjoy the half-mile private guarded beach, swim in one of the twelve pools, work-out at the fitness center, and enjoy a friendly game of tennis at one of the 34 tennis courts.
There are also shuttles which run throughout the community from mid June through Labor Day to make transportation easier. There is a $35 recreation fee required for anyone four years of age or older and only two parking spaces available per reservation. This is a no smoking, no pet property.
