The beach is a pleasant five minute walk through complex and down new boardwalk to the beautiful beach, gazebo for picnics. The pleasant stroll down the boardwalk lined with Florida's tropical shurbs passes two more pools and hot tub. (these are yours to enjoy as well). One pool is heated.
This unit is close to many unique restaurants and shops, an easy drive to Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and of course only 10 minutes to "Historic Downtown St Augustine".

Why the Owner Chose Villas of Ocean Gate
Our condo is a very short walk down a boardwalk path to the beach. You will pass three pools that are yours to use. From our condo, you can see the ramp to the beach where, like on few beaches, you can drive for miles. Need a shopping fix? In ten minutes you can be at Old City's downtown district or the shops on Hwy US 1. Another ten minutes will take you to a HUGE Outlet Mall on both sides of I-95.
The Unique Benefits at this condo
Beautiful, comfortable! Easy to access. One unit is ground floor with a covered parking garage, the other is top floor (3rd floor) with easy access to stairs or elevator. All the culinary items you need. Lots of extra linens (and beach towels). Beach chairs.
Owner's Map of Villas of Ocean Gate
Janis & Steve Dittman....this is our home away from home. We love that we can walk easily to the beach and also drive on the beach. We are only 10 minutes from the downtown historic "Old City". We can check out the bikers or races in Daytona in one hour. Orlando is about an hour and a half. Whats not to love! Our home has everything you need. Just bring your food and clothes!
