*A $350.00 deposit must be received within seven days of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
*50% of Rent have to be mailed to us a month before your actual reservation date.
*Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less then 10 days prior to arrival unless we are able to rebook the time period.
*A $500 security deposit is due with final payment and will be refunded upon inspection. (Your reservation deposit is a part of $500.00)
*There is a $185.00 cleaning fee.
*Three night minimum stay.
*No Smoking nor Pets.
