- Dryer: Kitchenaid Front loading dryer, electric.Private non shared unit.
- Linens Provided: Linens are provided for all 3 sets of bunk beds, kingsize bed, including pillows and pillow cases. Bathroom and kitchen towels are provided as well. Please no washing the car or siening for gold :)
- Garage: Covered trailer available for additional cost rental - please contact directly - Due to Liability Concerns no more ATV or GoKart Rental is available. Nature trails are now for walking and biking only. No powered ATV's, Go Karts, or Motorcycles allowed. Sorry :(
- Covered Parking: Covered parking available in the garage - no parking on any grass areas.
- Off Street Parking: No off street parking allowed - only on gravel drive or concrete driveway - no vehicles on lawn.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Parking available in the driveway only for boat, trailer, or RV - no external sewer or electric hookups provided at this time (potential in the future with renter interest). Any sewage dumping or driving on the lawn forfeits the security deposit. Boat slip acquired 3/2008, walking distance, no lift yet, but free to use and tie up your own boat. 25' boat length limit.
- Gas Fireplace: A maximum of 5 gallons of propane to be used per day of renting. Any use beyond that will be at $5 per gallon used (even partial gallon).
- Wood Fireplace: External wood firepit - I'll provide the wood ahead of your visit - seasoned oak and cedar logs primarily - you are responsibile for proper fire containment and control.
- Wood Stove: Cast Iron Cookware provided for cooking on open fire. No firegrate included at this time. Sandwich cookers and marshmellow roasters available for use.

| View/Location | - Lakefront: Note: Recent high volume rains have rendered lakefront access nearly impossible. I'll update the listing once the water levels go down a bit. Nature trail to lake is being cleared by me. Steep hike down. Elderly and non physically fit should take care and seek doctor's permission before attempting. Lots of nature, including 5 varieties of poisonous snake also abounds - take necessary precautions. Lots of deer, armadillos, racoons, turtles, and wildflowers to enjoy during your hike - countless photo opportunities exist each minute!

| Suitability | - No Pets Allowed: Absolutely no pets allowed on or in this property! Owners have extensive allergies and asthma.
- Not Suitable for Children: Chinese Art work, Mahogany Furniture, Italian Blown Glass - very small children likely will have a tough time. Owner's existing vacation items remain at the home full time. Any damage or theft forfeits the security deposit.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum Age for renter 25 yrs old. Only 2 parent, mother and father, with children. No college frat party renters, no spring breaker's. We are as picky about our home as we are about our renters. We want you to have an impeccable time. We want you to feel as though this is your home for the brief time you are with us. We don't want your stay to be in a place that has been used and abused.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Outside smoking of legal substances allowed but please pick up your butts. Any smoking within the home forfeits the security deposit and also will incur up to an additional $2500 for full carpet cleaning, repainting, furnace duct cleaning, ect based on the extent of smoke damage. Asthma victims are welcome at our home!
