This non-smoking home includes a two-story great room with ocean views from an upstairs loft. Large open living spaces and huge bedrooms. A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen pampers the chef with granite counter tops, butlers pantry, day pantry, gas range with heating in the hood cover, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and wet bar.
Outside this home features three decks, a heatable pool with waterfall and hot tub, plus easy and quick access to and from the Atlantic Ocean on the same side of the road as the ocean. There is even an outdoor shower.
