This newly painted and updated villa is located on scenic Horseshoe Lake in a quaint, quiet neighborhood with a private community pool & hot tub. All of this is within an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping at The Market Shops of Sandestin. This 4 bed 3 bath villa is fully equipped to handle large families, couples, or just enjoy a spacious villa to relax in. The 4th bedroom is a bonus room off the master suite with a full bed. Perfect for babies. There is an extra large deck overlooking the lake in our backyard, which has been stained a dark cherry wood complete with patio furniture, a large grill, and fantastic views. The upstairs includes a master bedroom that holds a four post, queen size bed with its own private deck along with the 4th bedroom having a full bed. And the open loft with couch, chase lounge and TV for extra room to relax in. The second and third bedrooms on the main floor have a queen bed in one room with an excellent lake view, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. In total, this villa sleeps 8 with all linens, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and beach towels provided for you and complimentary to your stay.
The Resort is a gated, exclusive, a wonderful family vacation spot complete with lush landscaping, lakes, golfing, tennis, paved walking and biking trails w/ lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel under the highway, shopping, and restaurants. The exciting Baytowne Village where there is something for everyone of all ages from family movies on the green to concerts, ice-cream parlors, and a night life of dancing and fun. Or you can just relax on our deck after a day at the beach. Don’t forget to bring your fishing pole and some bait because the lake is catch and release, no license required!

The house was nice and clean, with plenty of bathroom space. We traveled with a group of 8 adults and 5 children. We were really needing a four bedroom home and this could barely be considered that. It was a three bedroom with a small 4th room that had been turned into a bedroom with a Full bed. We used the 4th bedroom and had some children sleep in there" Other than that, the house was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed including extra pillows, blankets, umbrellas and chairs. The Lake outside was beautiful and the deck was really nice in the evening. The beach was much further away than we thought. It was not walkable but was just a minute away by car. The pool was nice with areas of shade which made it comfortable. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision about their next vacation. We would definately do it again, maybe with less people in that house or a bigger house for our entire group.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

We arrived to a hot condo and began to look for the sofa sleeper that was advertised, we looked under all 3 sofa's found candy, used underwear, candy wrapers, pretzels and numerous other things. We called maintenance to be told the owners had remodeled and took the sofa sleeper out. So, they brought us air mattresses. Then one of the toilets would not work, they tried to fix it but said it would take too much time and make a mess so they would do it after we left. Whirlpool tub did not work, most of the wall sockets did not work, the grill was so bad, you would not want to use it, glass sliding doors were a challange to open and close, The beach was a car ride not a walk to. We were only allowed to use one small pool in the whole complex and the shuttle is not available to people to rent from this company. No towel bars in the bathrooms and the last day the dryer broke. It was an experience I hope we never have again. My parents owed a resort for over 30 years and we have never rented a cabin with the issues this one had. I do not know if I would ever recommend someone to use this site to find something to stay in ever. Nothing was as advertised. Coupons they offered us were useless, the dophin cruise canceled on us and the codes for most of the others were not correct, we spent more time on the phone trying to get things straightened out that we finally just gave up and did what we could.
Owner response:This guest review is extremely exagerated. We answered more than a dozen calls from these guests with questions and complaints during their stay. Several members of our staff at all different times of the day and night personally addressed each call and went beyond the required customer service expectations. They were very needy, complaining guests from the moment they arrived.
