The Resort is a golf and tennis paradise with four championship golf courses and more than 15 world class tennis courts. Beachwalk is one of many subdivisions in the resort. Our Villa is a cottage villa located on the lake in a secluded, reasonably quiet and quaint neighborhood with beautiful large heated neighborhood pool close by. The Resort is an exclusive, fantastic, highly secure vacation spot! You get it all, the beach, the bay, neighborhood fishing lakes, the huge resort bay with boats on the exciting Baytowne Village Wharf and Marina, swimming pools(s), hot tubs, restaurants, paved walking and biking trails w/ lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel under the highway, shopping, restaurants, bars, live music almost every night, ice-cream parlors etc..
Something for everyone of all ages from family movies on the green to concerts and a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night). We will provide you with authorization so that you will be able to come and go virtually 24 hours a day with ease in and out of the resort. You may drive, walk or ride the water taxi for $1.00.
The Resort boasts clear emerald blue waters, and the world renowned nearly pure white sands which approximate sugar. (nicknamed "Sugar Beach!") You will enter next to the Finz Restaurant on the board walk which gives 24 hour access to the beach and at times features a live band.
Extensive landscaping, w/lush flowers, trees and Southern Florida architecture sets the tone for the Beachwalk Villas. The neighborhood has the quaint Caribbean appeal with palm trees, pampas grass and jasmine. Our Villa boasts comfortable pillows, linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen and a large deck on the lake for evening cook-outs.
Be sure to stroll the marina in the village at the wharf to see the fabulous ocean going yachts. Boat, jet skis and other rentals are available. Bass and Mullet lurk in these lake waters, fishing has been reasonably good.
