Enjoy your stay in one of the most exclusive and beautiful buildings in the heart of Destin. Our unit is on the 11th floor on the west end of Silver Beach Towers East. Two large balconies offer unsurpassed views of the Gulf and the Bay, the Gulf side offering spectacular sunsets.
The unit is professionally decorated and includes a large living room with a sleeper sofa, additional chairs, a large TV with cable, a DVD player, and stereo unit. The dining area seats 6 at the table, with seating for an additional 4 at the bar overlooking the fully outfitted kitchen.
The balcony facing the Gulf measures 12'x30' and includes a bar height table with 6 stools and 2 lounge chairs with a side table. This balcony is accessible from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The Bay front balcony measures 20'x6', includes 2 chairs with a side table, and is accessible from the second and third bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, cable TV with DVD player, two large closets, one being a walk-in, and a luxury private bath including Jacuzzi and separate oversized shower. The Jacuzzi tub has a window looking into the master bedroom and out to the Gulf of Mexico!
The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds and a private bath, along with cable TV and a large closet.
The third bedroom features a queen bed, cable TV, DVD player, a large closet and a bath which can also be accessed directly from the room as well as from the front hall. Balcony access to back balcony from this room also.
Silver Beach Towers is a private property for use by owners and guests only. Construction was completed in 2001. Entry is accessed by key fob and the property is very secure. Underground parking is included, but parking is also available on the lobby level. Elevators service just 3 units per floor. The private beach is exquisite and beach services are available including umbrella/chair services (2 chairs and an umbrella can be rented(fee) on the beach), and recreational activities (jet skis, parasailing, etc.).
Guests at Silver Beach Towers enjoy full access to the amenities offered at Silver Shells Beach Resort, which is located just 1/2 mile east and has a full service spa and health club, a beach front tiki hut serving food and drinks, and plenty of planned activities for children and adults.
