This unit is at the end of the property - right at the water's edge! You can sit on the VERY private balcony and watch all the activity. Want to watch dolphin every day? Want to watch the wild birds? The pair of pink flamingos? Want to watch the daily parade of boats? This is the unit for you.
You can see what's happening on the water from every room in the condo. The master bedroom has huge windows that make you feel you are sitting right at the edge of the water. You can reach the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom.
The beautiful white sand beach is right across the street. It is quiet and just right for walking, jogging or just relaxing! Even though you are close to the street, you cannot hear any traffic noise out on the balcony. Extremely peaceful and quiet.
There is no elevator, you will walk up two flights of stairs, BUT when you open the door and see the FABULOUS view, you will immediately forget that you just came up the stairs - it is that gorgeous!
7 night minimum rental. Quiet between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking only allowed on the balcony, please.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
My husband and I love the fact that we can sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife. We see so many boats and yachts that go by. It is so quiet and peaceful on the balcony, a real change from our normally hectic life. The large windows in the master bedroom are my favorite. The view while lying in bed and relaxing is unbeatable.
It is also so close to the beach. A short walk. I never thought that I would want a place that wasn't 'right on the ocean'. I was so wrong. I now have the best of both worlds. Access to the ocean and beach and the peace and quiet of the intercoastal.
