The unit is Located on a quite cul-de-sac street for a fantastic restful vacation. All of the furniture is NEW Braddington-Young or Hooker furniture, so there is no skimpimg on Quality. We provide a one car garage for your vehicle or storage.
A King bed is in Master bedroom and Twin beds in second bedroom. Fourteen Foot Cathedral ceilings, enclosed Lanai acts as a Den or Office, TVs in all rooms. DVD player in Main room. One block walk to community pool. We do not look over a lake.
Pelican Marsh has wonderful walking and biking paths, a newly remodeled fitness community center and tennis. It is five minutes to Vanderbilt Beach Road and Wiggins-Delnor Public Beach parking. Waterside shops and Coastland Mall are ten minutes South for a great shopping experiences and restaurants. Another ten minutes South takes you to the Famous Fifth Avenue Shopping and Restaurants. Public Golf courses are throughout Collier and Lee Counties, too numerous to describe. This is Paradise and should be kept a secret. So if you choose to visit, Do Not Tell Anyone. Just have fun!
